First pair of high-quality sunglasses
I recently bought my first pair of really nice sunglasses, and man, let me tell you, they were so comfy and stylish! They were a bit pricey, but I just had to have them because they looked and felt amazing. But my joy was short-lived because they got damaged only a month after I bought them. I contacted the repair center for help, and I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome service I received. They quickly sent me a repair form and even waived the processing fee, which was totally unexpected but really nice of them. I chose USPS Priority shipping for both ways, and guess what? In just two weeks, my sunglasses were returned to me looking good as new. Their repair service was top-notch, and I'm definitely gonna stick with them as a customer.
Sunglasses repair
I recently had a bit of a mishap with my wife's sunglasses and ended up breaking the left arm, making them unwearable. Even though they were no longer under warranty, I decided to contact the repair team to see if they could fix them. I was pleasantly surprised when Maui Jim's repair team not only quickly fixed the sunglasses by replacing the arms and nose pads, but they also included a new soft case with them. The customer service we received was exceptional and we were really grateful for it. In a world where customer service can often be lacking, Maui Jim's team really went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. We are so thankful for the amazing service we received. Sunglasses issue resolved
I recently had a problem with a pair of sunglasses that were no longer under warranty, eh. But, I decided to give customer service a shout, and I was actually pleasantly surprised by the help I got. I got to chat with a real human who really knew what they were talking about and together we figured out a solution. It was so much better than dealing with those chat bots or never-ending emails. The issue got sorted out quick and professionally, all within a week. I really appreciate how my problem was handled fairly and with care. It's not every day you come across such great customer service, so big props to the company for taking care of their customers like that, eh.
Stylish and durable sunglasses
I just bought a pair of sunglasses from this store and I gotta say, I am super happy with how they turned out. These shades are looking so cool, super sturdy, and they do a great job at protecting my eyes from the sun's harmful UV rays. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch. The repairs were quick, only took a week from start to finish, and they even covered the shipping both ways. They went above and beyond by replacing the nose pieces and arms on my old sunglasses, gave them a good clean, and threw in a collapsible case. Sure, you can probably find cheaper sunglasses elsewhere, but you won't get the same quality and care that this store provides.

I recently had the pleasure of getting some awesome customer service when I had to get my sunglasses fixed. I bought them way back in 2004 and ended up breaking one of the arms. When I reached out to the company, they not only replaced both arms for free but also hooked me up with a new case since my old one was looking pretty beat up. The way they paid attention to the little things and took care of everything really blew me away, and now I'm even more loyal to this brand. It's not every day you come across such top-notch customer service, so I'll definitely be getting a new pair of prescription sunglasses from them soon.
Quick sunglass repair
I went to the store in Mississauga for a quick sunglass repair and I gotta say, the service was top-notch. Joanna and Mariangela were super friendly and made the whole experience really nice. They were so helpful and made everything easy-peasy. It's awesome to see people who care so much about their customers. I would definitely suggest checking out this store if you need sunglasses fixed or want to buy a new pair.
Broken sunglasses repair
I recently broke the arm on my favourite prescription sunglasses and I was so upset about it. But then I did a quick search online and found out there was a repair place in the UK that could fix sunglasses like mine. I just followed the instructions they gave, sent my glasses in, and within a week they were all fixed up, in a new case, and sent back to me. And get this - the whole thing only cost me £12! I was seriously so impressed with the amazing customer service I got from this company. It's pretty rare these days to find a service that is both quick and affordable. I'm definitely going to tell all my friends and family about this repair service.

Stylish sunglasses
I just got a new pair of cool sunglasses from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty satisfied with them overall. They look awesome and I'm really looking forward to rocking them in the summer. But, my excitement kinda took a hit when I saw the case they came in - not impressed. It's super flimsy and I'm not convinced it's gonna keep my shades safe, especially considering how much they cost.
Scratched sunglasses repair
I got these super cool sunglasses that make the sea look amazing when I'm on vacation! But then, I accidentally scratched them and was so bummed. I asked to get them fixed and the repair service was amazing! It was really easy to send them back, they fixed them super quick, kept me updated, and the people were so friendly!
