Duvet cover purchase
I recently bought a duvet cover and I have to say, the customer service I got was amazing. I had a question about my order and reached out to them. They not only replied quickly, but they were also really nice and helpful. It's not common to find such great customer service these days, so I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company.
Apart from the excellent service, their selection of linen products is absolutely beautiful. They have so many colors and patterns to choose from, it's hard to pick just one thing. I'm already thinking about my next purchase from this brand because of the amazing choices they have.

I recently bought 2 couch covers and 6 custom sham covers from this company. The quality of the fabric is top-notch and the prices are really good. We've been washing them in sanitize mode with high temperature and spin, and the fabric has held up great. It's even softer and more comfy with each wash. Plus, the colors haven't faded at all, which is super impressive.
I did have a bit of trouble with the sham covers being too tight, but their customer service was awesome in helping me find a solution and ordering a new design that fits perfectly. I totally recommend this company, and I wish I had bought my linen sheets from them too. Superb quality, excellently made linen clothes, great customer service
I just found this brand and oh my goodness, the linen clothes they have are incredible! They are so soft, comfy, and beautifully made. I've never worn linen clothes this comfy before! I've bought a bunch of stuff from them in the last few months and every time, I'm amazed by how well-made and high-quality everything is.
Amazing linen purchase
The sheets I bought were incredibly soft and cozy! I ordered them online and they arrived really quickly, like in just 4 days! The customer service team was super nice and helpful when I needed assistance, and they even sent a replacement when FedEx made a mistake. They are amazing!
Charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases
I just got myself a charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases. The quality of the stuff is really good, and the service was great too. The only problem was that the gray on the duvet cover didn't quite match the pillow cases and sheet. But the customer service team handled it well, sending me a new duvet cover right away. Turns out they changed things up to make the linen even better, hence the color difference. I was happy with how they dealt with it and would totally buy from them again.
White Linen Bedding
Oh man, this white linen bedding is just beautiful. The quality is seriously amazing, and the design with the frilled pillow cases and doona covers is absolutely stunning. I've been buying from this store for years and I'm always blown away by how long-lasting and classy their linen is. The customer service here is top-notch too, which is why I'll be a customer for life. I can't imagine getting my bedding anywhere else now.
Comforter cover.
Hey everyone! So, I messed up the size of my duvet cover and had to switch my delivery address last minute due to my upcoming trip. But, I have to say, the customer service was amazing! Kornelija really went above and beyond to help me out, keeping me in the loop and making sure I got everything sorted. And can we talk about the cover itself?
