Sweater as dupe to a luxury brand
I love the packaging from Lilysilk, it's like getting a gift every time I make an order. The sweater is so soft and fits me perfectly. It's really comfortable and doesn't irritate my skin at all. The v-neck is just the right depth and I can even wear it without anything underneath. The rib hem and cuffs give it a nice tailored look. I have it in both grey and coffee colors, and I even got one for my friend who also loves it. It's lightweight but still feels nice and substantial. Even though it's opaque, I can still wear a nude bra under the grey one. I definitely suggest getting this sweater!
Luxurious silk pillowcase
The packaging for my fancy silk pillowcase was even better than I thought. At first, I was a bit concerned it might not look great because of the packaging, but I was totally surprised. The packaging was top-notch and really added to the whole experience. It made me feel like I was getting something really high-quality. I'll definitely be coming back for more because of the care they put into how they present their products.
Spring Waltz Handkerchief dress
I just bought the Spring Waltz Handkerchief dress in Orange Paisley for a special occasion and I was so impressed. It fit perfectly and looked amazing on me. The colors were so vibrant, just like they showed online. I got lots of compliments at the event and felt really confident and beautiful. I definitely suggest this dress to anyone looking for a fashionable and versatile piece for the spring and summer.
Duplicate order issue
I made a mistake and ended up ordering the same thing twice. The first time, I got a message saying the order didn't go through and to try again. So I did, but then I saw that it actually went through both times! I reached out to customer service and Abby was quick to assist me first thing on Monday morning. I really appreciate how prompt and kind she was in helping me fix my mix-up. Thanks a bunch!
Custom-sized clothing, well-made fabric
The custom-sized clothes I got from this store are so amazing. The material is great and the fit is just what I wanted. I'm really happy with how the clothes turned out. But I have to say, the customer service was not great. The people I talked to weren't very quick to respond and they were kinda rude. It definitely made my overall shopping experience not as good as it could have been.
Camisole purchase
So like, I bought this super cute camisole from the store and honestly, I love it! The silk material is top-notch and I snagged it on sale, so it was a real steal. The way it was packaged was also really nice and made the whole experience even better. I've shopped here before and after this awesome experience, I know I'll definitely be back for more.
Silk shirts purchase
So, I just bought some silk shirts from this store, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how nice the fabric is. They look amazing, and they wash really well too, which is a big deal for me. I’ve worn them with jeans and even dress pants, and they always make me feel so fancy and stylish. I’m definitely gonna be coming back here to shop again.
Jacket purchase
I picked up this awesome jacket and it fits like a glove! The folks at the store got me to double-check my measurements, and it turns out I had sent a few wrong ones, but they fixed it all for me! The colour is really nice, it goes well with all my outfits and I'm super excited to wear it on the cruise I have coming up!
Pillowcase purchase
I got my new pillowcase from LilySilk and it arrived in just 8 days! It looks amazing. I had a question about my order because I forgot to use my discount code. Abby from customer service was really helpful and fixed the problem for me quickly. I'm super impressed with the product and the customer service too!
Silk pajamas
I bought these silk pajamas from here and oh man, they are so incredibly soft and comfy. But every time I order clothes online, I get a little anxious because they only allow you to return items for free ONCE per customer, not per order. It's a bit of a downer because they have such cute stuff.
