Liquid foundation starter kit
I can't believe all the haters here! I discovered this amazing makeup brand on Facebook and thought I would try it out because I've been searching for the perfect liquid foundation for years. I bought the starter kit and let me tell you, it made a huge difference! The coverage was fantastic, the primer also did wonders. No settling into fine lines or pores, just flawless coverage. And the delivery was really fast too. I'm thrilled with my purchase and I'll definitely be ordering again!
Baked foundation purchase
I decided to take a risk and order the baked foundation I saw on social media. Even though I saw some bad reviews about this website, I thought I'd go for it. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived on the 6th day and I have to say, I really like the product! Unlike other foundations that made my lines and pores more noticeable, this one really surprised me. I will definitely order more products in the future, but maybe from a different store with a better return policy.
Bought some makeup
I recently picked up some awesome makeup and I'm really loving it! I've been using it for a while and I think it's really great. I heard some people complaining about ordering online and delivery, but I just bought mine from a store so I didn't have any issues with that.
Had a super cool time at this makeup store
Oh my goodness, I had such a great time at that makeup store! They were really helpful and friendly when I made a mistake with my order. I was able to return the wrong item and get a refund without any hassle. I'm excited to go back there soon!
Long wait, no updates
I ordered my stuff and man, it seriously took forever to get here. Like, it felt like a million years waiting for that package for 12 days. And to top it off, they didn't even give me a heads-up on where my stuff was or a tracking number. I was so frustrated that I had to reach out to customer service and they were no help at all. Ugh, I'm definitely not shopping from here again!
Foundation palette and eyeshadow purchase
I bought a foundation palette and some eyeshadow from this company not long ago and when they finally came in the mail, they were totally crushed. I reached out to customer service and they said sorry for the hassle and promised me a refund. But it's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten any money back. I've sent them loads of emails and haven't gotten a single response. It's been really annoying and upsetting, especially because I paid good money for these items.
Tinted moisturizer
It works well, but the coverage is super sheer, kind of like a better version of your own skin. It's great if you like a more natural look or when you're going for a low-key makeup day.
Eye shadow palette
I just bought an eye shadow palette from this brand, and to be honest, I'm really not happy with it. The colors seemed so bright in the palette, but when I put them on my eyelids, they were chalky and didn't show up well. It was a total waste of my money, and now I wish I hadn't bought it. Plus, when I tried to share my disappointment on their social media, they marked my comments as spam and harassment. That's not cool at all! Brands should be able to handle feedback from customers. I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.
Order never received
I'm really disappointed because I never got the stuff I ordered from this company. I tried reaching out to customer service, but couldn't talk to anyone. I followed their return process to get my money back, but still haven't seen any refund. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and feeling like they're not being honest. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them to anyone.
Lipstick and mascara
Customer service sucks. I waited for my order for three whole weeks and didn't hear anything about it. When I finally asked, all they said was that there were more delays and didn't say when I'd get my stuff. It's frustrating and disappointing to get such crappy service.
Foundation, mascara, blush
I'm kinda torn about the stuff I bought recently. Didn't really like the foundation or mascara, but I'm totally in love with the blush. The foundation didn't work well with my skin and the mascara took forever to dry, making it smear on my face all day. On top of that, the packaging for these products was really cheap, all of them broke within a few weeks. I should've done more digging and checked out reviews before splurging on these. But the blush is awesome, gives me a nice natural flush on my cheeks.
Pending refund
I ordered something from this company not long ago but it never showed up. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but still no refund. It's been pretty frustrating, especially since I was expecting better from a company with a good reputation. I'd tell other folks to think twice before spending their money here.
Online purchase of makeup products
I ordered some makeup online and guess what? The delivery never showed up. I didn't get my order and the company didn't even bother to let me know what's going on when I reached out. It's just not cool to take my money and leave me with nothing. Now I'm stuck with nothing to show for it and no sign of a refund. I'm feeling let down and super annoyed with how they're handling things.
Holiday palettes
I bought four holiday palettes from this brand the other day, but turns out two of them were the exact same. I tried contacting the brand for a refund online and even sent a letter, but got no reply. It's annoying to lose $80 because of their mix-up. I wouldn't recommend buying from a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I'll probably switch to a different makeup brand next time.
Broken container on delivery
Sorry, but I can't give a review for the product I got from Laura Geller since the container came all smashed up. I contacted the company about it, but they said I can only review the actual product, not how it was delivered. But I think if they're in charge of shipping, they should make sure things get to us in one piece. It's frustrating to spend money on something I couldn't even use because it got wrecked on the way here.
Baked Balanced and Brighten
I just bought the Baked Balanced and Brighten hoping for a nice glowing look, but I was so disappointed with it. It didn't work like it said it would and just made my skin look dull and flat. I tried it a few times, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but it was really just the product itself. It's frustrating to spend money on something that's supposed to make you look better, only to be disappointed. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone looking for a real radiant finish.
