I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years now, and I have to say, I've never been let down by my purchases. The shoes and jackets I've gotten have always been top-notch quality and they fit me perfectly. Whenever I wear their stuff, I feel confident and stylish, plus I always get compliments from my friends and family. They offer such a great variety of styles, catering to all kinds of tastes. I recently bought some shoes and a handbag from this company. Gotta be honest, I was a bit let down by the quality. The shoes weren't as comfy as I thought they'd be, and the handbag started looking worn out after just a few uses. But their customer service team really impressed me. I had some trouble with the return process on their website, but when I called, they took care of everything for me. And they even offered free return shipping, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'd say their customer service is great, but they could step up their product quality.
Assistance with American mixup
I recently had a bit of a mix-up with my order and needed some help from customer support, eh. I somehow found myself on the American version of the website, and had a hard time getting back to the Canadian site, ya know. The customer support representative was super understanding and patient with me. Even though I'm not that great with computers, he stayed on the phone with me until I finally made it to the Canadian website. I really appreciated his helpful and polite attitude the whole time, and his service was top-notch, for sure.
Long-time customer, great selections, excellent customer service, fast delivery, easy returns/exchanges
I've been sticking with this company since 2016 and so far, it's been all good. They've got a solid range of products and the customer service has been top-notch. Quick delivery is a big win for me since I'm always in a rush. I've had to do some returns and exchanges, but it's been easy peasy every time. Any problems I've had with my orders were sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction by their customer service crew. All in all, I'm a happy shopper and will definitely keep coming back for more.

Oh my gosh, I totally love this store! I've been a VIP member for over 10 years and I just can't get enough of their clothes. Their fashion game is spot on, and the quality is like, way superior to those other fast fashion places. At the beginning, I used to treat myself every month to something new, but now I save up all my credits for the most epic shopping spree ever. It's seriously the best feeling when my package arrives and I can try on all my new clothes. I just adore everything about shopping here!

Online shopping points frustration
I just wanted to share a little frustrating situation I had with the points system at the online store. I was bummed because my points expired before I got a chance to use them, and then when I finally tried to redeem them, I couldn't because of all the ongoing sales. It's kind of a bummer to see my hard-earned points go to waste like that. I really wish there was a better system in place to make sure that us customers can actually enjoy the rewards we work for.
Recent boot purchase
The boots I got from this online store recently are top-notch! I've been a regular customer for some time now, and most of my boot collection is from this shop. Sizing has never been a problem because the boots always fit just right. The quality of the materials is great, they last a long time which I love. Whenever my friends ask about my boots, I always tell them about this store right away.
Outfit purchase
My time on the website was pretty good, actually. The outfit they recommended for me was awesome, I ended up buying it. But, gotta say, I wasn't really feeling the shoes that came with it. It sucked that I couldn't swap out the shoes and still get that deal, so I gave in and bought them too. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that are just gonna collect dust, pretty annoying.

Wide and comfortable shoes
I've been buying shoes from this company for years now, and I gotta say, the quality, price, and overall style of their wide and comfy shoes keep me hooked. As a size 11 (sometimes 12) in Canada, it's tough to find affordable and trendy shoes that actually fit well, especially after Payless Shoes closed down. But Just Fab has been a lifesaver for me.
