Recent order issue with prompt resolution
I had an issue with my order from this company recently. My original order didn't come complete, and when I asked for a refund, it took a while to process. But, I have to say, the company was great at responding quickly to my emails. When I followed up about the refund, it was processed right away. To my surprise, they even added a bonus as a goodwill gesture. I've been a loyal customer of this company since 1982, and despite the small issue with my last order, they still show why they're a great company. Big thanks to Jess for handling my order concerns so well.
Online shopping experience
My online shopping experience with this company was amazing. The customer support team was quick to respond and really helped me out. I had a question about my order and got an answer right away. Unfortunately, the delivery company seemed to have lost my return package, but the folks at this company dealt with it professionally and kindly. They even gave me a discount as a nice gesture. I'm thankful for their help and I hope the delivery company finds my package soon. All in all, I'm really happy with the service I got from this company.
Chic clothing
I gotta say, shopping at this store is always a great experience. The clothes are so nice, the fabrics are top-notch, and the designs are just impeccable. The way they pay attention to the little details in the cuts and tailoring really makes this brand stand out. The customer service is amazing too, the staff are always so friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff. I think I found my new favorite fashion label for sure.
My new hoodie
Oh my gosh, this hoodie is incredibly soft and comfy, I wear it to school every day now!! I just love how warm it keeps me and the color is so cute. The staff at the store were really friendly and helped me choose the right size. My mom even thought it was a great deal for the quality. They were also kind enough to let me exchange it when I accidentally got the wrong size, even though I had it for a while. It was so awesome!!

The clothes I bought were amazing! The store is iconic and the customer service is top-notch. The staff are so friendly and dedicated. And a big shoutout to Naomi, she's awesome at her job and so attentive!
Clothes
I really love the clothes I got from this store. The quality is amazing and they fit perfectly. But I gotta say, trying to get a refund is a total nightmare. I shop online a lot and sometimes gotta send stuff back for different reasons. The return part is easy, but getting the money back is a pain. It takes forever and tons of talking to customer service just to get what's yours. Even if it's their mistake, getting a refund feels impossible. I sent something back over a month ago and still haven't seen any refund. This kinda inefficiency and not caring about customers is just not cool.

Wow, I had such a good time shopping at that store! It was awesome how quickly they picked up the phone, that never happens nowadays. And the person assisting me, let's call her Jess, was really friendly and professional. I felt like a valued customer, which was pretty amazing. Thank you! My order didn't arrive because of an address mix-up
I'm so relieved that I finally received my stuff! There was a little confusion with the address, but Naomi from customer service was amazing. She kept me informed the whole time until my stuff arrived. I'm really pleased with the service I received.
Return process
I had such a frustrating time dealing with the return process at this store, eh. It took them a whole 13 days just to let me know they got my items, can you believe that, eh? I tried sending emails and making phone calls, but no one bothered to get back to me. It was so annoying not knowing if they were even working on my return, you know?
Youthful sweater
I found my favorite sweater from my youth at a store in London. The style is amazing and I was so excited to see they were celebrating their 40th anniversary. The quality of the sweater is really great and definitely worth the price.
