Personalized bracelet
Oh gosh, I can't even believe it. I ordered this super cute bracelet with my friend's name on it, eh? And it took forever to arrive! I mean, come on, my friend's birthday passed, and the bracelet still hadn't shown up! And all they said was sorry, like really, that's all? Not cool at all.
earrings and necklace set
I recently bought a pair of earrings and a necklace set online, and I was supposed to receive a free gift with my purchase. However, when my package arrived, the gift bags were all messed up, the box was falling apart, and to top it off, there was no free gift included! When I contacted customer service about it, they basically told me tough luck. Seriously? If you make an offer, you should honor it! I'm really disappointed, so I've decided to return everything and shop somewhere else. They definitely don't deserve my money.
Jewelry order
I just bought some jewelry from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the products. The design was so classy and exactly what I wanted. The delivery was quick too, but I did notice a little hiccup in my order - I got fewer items than I was supposed to. Luckily, the customer service team was on it and Suzanne really went above and beyond to fix the problem. She was super helpful and efficient. Birthday gift for friend
I'm really disappointed with my first time ordering from this company. I ordered a birthday gift for my friend, hoping it would show up on time for their big day. Unfortunately, it's been 10 days since I bought it, and the birthday already came and went. I was frustrated by the lack of communication - I only got an update after I asked about my order. They said there was a "delay in processing" and it would be sent out later than expected. If they had told me about the delay earlier, I could have made different plans. I won't be ordering from them again.
Bracelet purchase
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered a bracelet as a gift and paid for next day delivery, but it never showed up. I didn't get the product on time, and now the person I was giving it to missed their birthday. The customer service was terrible too. They didn't even apologize properly, it felt like they were arguing with me. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Stretchy bracelets broke
I was super excited when I got my stretchy bracelets from here, but they all broke so easily! I was just putting on my seatbelt and one snapped, all the beads went everywhere. The elastic they used is super cheap and thin. Now I only have two bracelets left, and I had to put them on better elastic myself. I don't think I'll buy from here again.
Sympathy bracelet gift
I ordered a sympathy bracelet for my friend whose mom passed away, but it never showed up. Customer service didn't get back to me and didn't do what they said they would. I'm really let down and annoyed by how this company is handling things. It seems like all they care about is money, not the people buying from them.
Late Dispatched Bracelets
I ordered bracelets for two birthdays not too long ago and honestly, I was super let down by the service I got from this company. Even though I placed my order a whole 8 days before the birthdays, they only just shipped the items today! It was way too late by then. I tried reaching out to customer service, but all I got was a standard email saying they couldn't do anything since the order was already sent out. No discount or even a simple apology for the trouble caused. The way they handled this was really disappointing. So, I've decided I won't be ordering from this website ever again.
Mother's Day gift
I recently bought a Mother's Day gift from this company and it didn't go well. I paid for next day delivery to make sure it got there on time, but it didn't. The gift was for a family member who already went home, so now I'm out of pocket and can't give it. I'm really disappointed in the service I got from this company. I usually have no problems with their products when I buy them at a local shop, but this direct order was a letdown.
Two bracelets
I ordered two bracelets with 24-hour tracked delivery. The next day, only one arrived. I reached out to customer service and got a quick email response within 10 minutes. They informed me that the missing bracelet was mistakenly sent to the Isle of Man. They are replacing it for free with a new order number. I really recommend this company - they have beautiful jewelry and it comes in a lovely gift bag.
Bracelet and necklace for my granddaughters 21st
I bought this bracelet and necklace set for my granddaughter's 21st birthday! It's been a full week now, but it's still showing as "Processing" on my account. I inquired about it and received a dull response. I really like their shiny jewelry, but this customer service is making me roll my eyes. I should have purchased it somewhere else because now it won't arrive in time for her special day. I'm so disappointed, I definitely won't be shopping here again!
Recent bracelet order missing item
I recently bought some bracelets from this company and I was really happy with how nice they were. But when I got my order, one bracelet was missing. I emailed their customer service and they got back to me quickly and fixed the problem. They sent me a replacement right away, which was awesome. Even though there was a little mistake, I'm still happy with my purchase and I'll definitely think about ordering from them again. Their customer service is really great.
Failed Christmas gift delivery
I had a really bad shopping experience with this company recently. I ordered a Christmas gift, but they messed up the delivery not just once, but twice. Trying to get in touch with their customer service was a total nightmare. I called them a bunch of times but couldn't get through, and there wasn't even an option to leave a voicemail. I ended up sending an email, but I'm not hopeful they'll ever get back to me. It feels like this company doesn't care about supporting their customers properly when things go wrong. I'm so mad and let down by their terrible communication and lack of follow-up.

I found some reviews on this site after I bought something, and it made me a bit worried about my decision. But, when my order came way earlier than expected, I was really happy. The package was so nice, and the bracelets I got were just beautiful. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely think about buying from here again.
21st birthday bracelet with missing additional charms
I recently bought a 21st birthday bracelet from this store, along with some extra charms. But when the package arrived, the extra charms were missing. I contacted customer service to complain, and they quickly gave me a refund. I thought maybe it was just a one-time mistake, so I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same bracelet with the extra charms again. Unfortunately, when the second package came, the extra charms were missing again. By this point, it was already two weeks past the birthday, and I still didn't have a bracelet to give. The customer service team said sorry and offered me another refund, but I had lost all trust in their ability to get orders right. In the end, I gave up on the bracelet and got a different gift from a different store.
Jewelry, personalized cards, delivery
I just bought some jewelry and personalized cards. I ordered them on November 25 and they were supposed to arrive between the 1st and 7th of December. The package actually showed up right at the start of that time frame. The items were wrapped up really nicely, the jewelry in fancy gift bags and the cards were cute and well-made. The jewelry looked super professional and well put together. The only issue was that one of the cards got mixed up with the jewelry, but it was an easy fix to switch them around. All in all, it was a great shopping experience for a reasonable price.

The jewelry at this store is just so amazing! The quality is top-notch and the designs are unique and beautiful. I really like how the pieces are affordable but still stylish. They make great gifts for loved ones or even as a little treat for yourself. The packaging is also really cute and adds a special touch. Even though delivery can take a bit longer during busy times like Christmas, it's totally worth it. I've been back to shop here multiple times and I'll definitely keep coming back in the future.
