Pretty dress, good quality, excellent customer service
I just bought a really pretty dress for my daughter from this company. The dress was super cute and made with really good quality materials, just like it showed in the picture. But we ended up getting the wrong size by mistake. Luckily, the company's website had really clear instructions on how to send things back. I reached out to customer service and got a quick response from a lady named Nina. She was so helpful and fixed the problem with the return right away, which I had missed. Nina's customer service was amazing and totally went above and beyond what I expected. I definitely recommend this company for their awesome customer service.

My experience with this company was actually pretty good, eh? The order process went smoothly and they shipped my order surprisingly fast, eh. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer free returns, which would have made it even better, eh. But on the bright side, the customer service was top-notch. Gwen was amazing, she was so friendly and helpful in addressing all my concerns and finding solutions that worked for me, eh. I really appreciate it when companies go the extra mile to make their customers feel important, and Gwen definitely did that, eh. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and the service I received, eh.
Recent clothing purchase
I bought some clothes on this site not too long ago, but ran into a problem when I was trying to pay. It ended up charging me twice on two different payment apps for the same order. I got in touch with customer service for help, and Gwen was super helpful in sorting things out with the payment provider. It took a couple of weeks of emailing back and forth, but we finally got it all sorted. Even though I had to send back the dresses I bought because they didn't fit right, I was really impressed with the help I got from Gwen. She went above and beyond to help me out, and I really appreciate it.
Great customer service and high-quality clothing
I just wanted to say that I had such an awesome experience with the customer service team. They were super helpful and really paid attention to making sure all my needs were taken care of. The clothes I ordered were exactly what I expected from the website and the quality was amazing. I was so impressed with the little details and how well the garments were made. I will definitely be coming back as a customer because of the great service and top-notch products.

Super cute dress
Oh wow, I found the most beautiful dress and it fit me like a glove! I felt like a queen when I wore it. The customer service was fantastic too, the person I spoke with was so friendly and really helpful. I'm definitely going to be recommending this place to all my friends!
Recent order experience
I just had a great experience with customer service at an online store. The rep, Marissa, was so helpful and really listened to my issues with an order problem and store credit. Even though there was some confusion at first, Marissa replied to my emails quickly and gave me clear solutions. She was super professional and made everything way easier. I definitely suggest checking out this store because of the awesome customer service I got from them.
High-quality dress
I just bought this really nice dress from an online store and it was such a great experience. My daughter, who shops online a lot, told me about this company and she was right, it's awesome. I've had some bad experiences shopping online before (like having to report a fake company for fraud), so I was a bit nervous. But this dress I got from this store was even better than I expected, both in quality and how it fits.
Dresses for wedding
I got six really nice dresses for my cousin's wedding and they were amazing! I loved almost every single one and they fit me just right. Normally when I buy things online, they don't work out well, but these dresses were perfect. I had to send back four of them because my mom told me to only keep two, but Gwen made the return process so easy and she was really friendly. Big thanks to Gwen!
Dress order issue
I just ordered three dresses in extra small from this company, but they didn't fit right. So I had to return all of them and ask for size small replacements. Plus, one of the dresses had a stuck zipper, which was pretty disappointing. But, I gotta give a shoutout to Tanya, the customer service rep, she was super nice and helped me sort everything out quickly.
Recent clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this company and I just wanted to tell you about my experience. I got a few things, but had to send a couple back because they didn't fit right. It was a bummer to see how much they took out of my refund for the return fee. I do like being able to try things on at home before I make a decision, but the cost of sending stuff back was pretty high, almost three times what I paid for delivery. But one of the dresses I kept was really nice and fit perfectly, so that was a silver lining. I haven't had any problems with customer service yet, they've been quick to answer my questions. I'm hoping the return process goes smoothly now that we got past the first bumps.
So many pretty dresses
I bought a really nice dress for this fancy party, but it ended up being too big for me. When I went back to return it, the people there were super nice and helped me out, even though I only could get store credit. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends for sure.
Exceptional Customer Service
Tanya was so helpful and really flexible, I really appreciated it. It was so nice of the company to make a special accommodation for me as a new customer, you don't see that often these days. I can't wait to shop with them again in the future!
