Recent hearing aid purchase
I recently got a hearing aid from a pro named Brittany Lambreth at a company that specializes in hearing stuff. Before Brittany, I tried two other hearing aids with no luck. But Brittany really knew her stuff and helped me find the right product and set me up with a good audiologist in my area. She took the time to explain things well and make sure I felt good about my choice. Her support has been great, and I really appreciate all the help she's given me. The whole team at the company has been awesome too. Thanks to them, my audiologist Lindsey Bush, and the Signia hearing aids, I can hear so much better now. I'm so grateful for Hear.com's help and would totally recommend them to anyone who needs hearing solutions.
Hearing aids for word recognition
The hearing aids I bought just weren't cutting it anymore. I was having trouble following conversations and missing important words. So, I saw an ad for an open house at a hearing aid store and figured why not give it a shot. I ordered a kit for a hearing test and got to meet with Dr. Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids to fit my needs and did a word recognition test. He figured out what was going on and gave me a list of words to practice for 15 minutes every day. Thanks to the personalized care I got, my word recognition has gotten a lot better. Big shoutout to the whole team at the store for all their help and support. Much appreciated!
At-home setup, customer satisfaction, follow-up
I was really happy with how simple and convenient it was to set up my hearing aid at home. The customer service and follow-up during the 45-day trial period were top-notch, really making sure I was happy with my purchase. The shipping and returns process for the hearing aid was easy too, which made the whole experience even better. The hearing aid itself is super comfy to wear, and the battery lasts a long time, so I didn't have to worry about it dying on me. Plus, I love how you can adjust it for different situations, making it perfect for my own needs.

Hearing aids
These hearing aids have been amazing for me. I can finally hear things that I haven't been able to hear in a while, like the quiet voices of my grandkids. JC, my online helper, was super helpful when I had some trouble with the sound. He showed me how to change the wax guards, and that fixed everything. I was a bit nervous about doing everything online, even the hearing test, but it all went well and I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

I just bought some high-frequency hearing aids from this company and I gotta tell ya, they've really changed my life. At 70 years old, I was getting tired of always asking people to repeat themselves and missing out on all the lovely sounds of nature. I tried a bunch of different over-the-counter options, but I eventually took the plunge and got these hearing aids.

I just got my new hearing aids and they're awesome! They stay connected with me always and even helped me locate a great audiologist in my area. I can also visit an audiologist in any city if I'm traveling. Also, my new hearing aids are really comfortable and rechargeable. I'm so happy with them!
