Heated clothing, exchange for larger size
I recently got some heated clothes from this company and had to exchange them for a bigger size. The folks in customer service were super helpful and made the exchange easy peasy. I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. The heated clothes are top quality and I'm really happy with my buy. The shipping was also crazy fast, way faster than I expected. I'd totally suggest this company to anyone looking for heated clothes.
Electric blanket purchase for emergency situations
I bought an electric blanket recently for emergencies, but I didn't have the best experience with the company. The product was delayed and took longer to arrive than I thought. When it finally got here, it had a weird smell and didn't work properly - it kept turning off and couldn't reach the right temperatures. I tried to contact the company by phone and email, but communication was hard and frustrating. A month later, I got another blanket from Gobi Heat, and they said it was part of an agreement, which just added to the confusion and frustration.
