Personalized garden flag purchase
I ordered a personalized garden flag from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. Memorial marker purchase

My personalized garden stones were a disaster.
So, I ordered these garden stones, right? The quality was actually real bad. I asked for some names to be carved on there, but you could barely even see them. And there was no ink at all. On top of that, the box they came in was wrecked, which just made it all worse. I tried to fix them up with a marker, but it didn't really work out. When I complained to the company and sent them some pics, they just brushed me off and said they couldn't help. So yeah, I'm gonna find another place next time I want to personalize a gift.
Canvas prints
I just bought two 18x24 canvas prints from this company and I have to say, I was super impressed with both the quality of the prints and the customer service I got. When I placed my order, I had a small issue, but when I reached out to their customer service team, they were so quick to help and fix everything. The prints were really good quality, just like they said, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Personalized gifts, timely delivery
The personalized gifts I ordered were exactly what I made online, and they arrived when they were supposed to. But I did notice that sometimes the website has one-day sales with discounts or free shipping codes. It was a little confusing because the price would change with the promo code, and I think it would be better if they kept the price the same no matter what.
Bad quality gift
Oh my gosh, the gift I received was seriously terrible. I sent an email to complain and they had the nerve to say it was what I ordered. Like, don't even think about buying anything from them!!!
Personalized gift order
I recently ordered a personalized gift from this company but had to cancel it shortly after. The customer service experience has been super frustrating ever since. I was told I'd get a refund for the cancelled order, but it's been almost two weeks and still no sign of it. I've called their customer service department multiple times but all I get are empty promises and excuses. It's not cool to hold onto a refund when the order has been cancelled. I'd suggest others to think twice about dealing with this company after what I've been through.
Wind chime gift
I bought a wind chime for my friend's birthday, but I was kind of let down by how small and cheap it seemed. So I phoned to say how I felt, and they pretty much just said it was my fault for not checking the details better. They didn't try to do anything to make it right, which left me feeling annoyed and unimpressed with how they handled things.
Large personalized family blanket
I ordered a big personalized family blanket back in November for a Christmas gift, but I didn't get it in time, eh. I kept getting emails everyday about their other stuff, but the tracking number they gave me wasn't even in the system yet, you know? It was pretty disappointing and frustrating, I tell ya.
Overcharged for Same Items
Man, I'm so ticked off at this company. I bought some stuff from them and got a confirmation for one order, but turns out they charged me twice for the same things, at two different prices. Sneaky, eh? And their website conveniently had a glitch that made me accidentally buy the items again at a lower price. Like come on, seriously? And then they didn't even bother to send me a confirmation for the second order until days later, only after I reached out to them. To top it off, they're saying I can't return the items because they're apparently "personal items." What a pain! And good luck getting a refund or sorting things out with their customer service - talk about a headache.
I bought a cutting board
I bought a cutting board and it was so tiny! The words on it were really hard to read and it wasn't like the ones I got last year. I called and they told me the bigger one costs more. But I never had to pick between sizes before! It's just all so confusing. They charged me the same price for this little board. Not cool. I won't be shopping from them again.
Personalized t-shirt
I got myself a super cute t-shirt with my name on it, but then they tried to pull a fast one on me with their phony discount code. When I called them out on it, they claimed it was just for the regular price. Not cool, eh? I'm definitely not going to shop from them anymore!
Personalized gift purchase
If you care about your privacy, avoid this place. The product I purchased was okay, but the amount of unwanted calls I've been receiving since ordering is just crazy. It feels like they're giving my info to scammers or just don't care about keeping it safe. I started getting scam calls right after I bought something and I've had to block so many numbers to try to make it stop. It's been non-stop since the 23rd when I placed my order. Stay away if you don't want your phone constantly ringing with scams.
