Men's unique black and gold ring
This black and gold ring for men is absolutely gorgeous! The design is so classy and it's super comfortable to wear. I've been on the hunt for a ring that's both stylish and comfy, and this one checks all the boxes for me. The way the ring is shaped makes it feel like it was made just for my finger. I used to wear a plain silver ring that belonged to my father-in-law, but getting this black and gold ring is like a dream come true. Wrong size ring
So, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size ring, oops! But the people at this shop are so friendly! I sent them an email over the weekend, even though they're supposed to be closed, and got a response right away from Sarah on Saturday and Sunday! She was incredibly kind and said they would send me a new ring in the correct size even though it was completely my fault. I asked her some more questions in a few emails and she always replied promptly. We had some really nice exchanges through emails and now I'm a huge fan of this shop! Thank you Sarah and everyone at this place, you folks are amazing!
Two rings purchase
I bought two rings from this company not too long ago, one in gold and the other in black with nice stones. I wear them almost every day for the past couple of months. The gold one is starting to look a bit worn, but that's normal since I have it on during all sorts of activities, even in water. However, the black ring with stones still looks brand new. In general, I'm pretty happy with the rings' quality, but I think the packaging could be better for a nicer look.
Ring exchange
I changed a ring I bought for my partner as a thank you present during my pregnancy. The folks in customer service were so nice and understanding when my partner didn't love the first ring. They were happy to let me swap it out and even let me pick two rings of the same value, and keep the original as a present. The people in the store were really friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my choice. I'm really pleased with the service I got.
Black panther tungsten and meteorite ring
I was kind of bummed at first when I found out I got the wrong size for the black panther tungsten and meteorite ring I ordered. But the customer service folks were amazing and helped me out with getting the right one. The ring is just like they said - super cool and different. Actually feels pretty nice to have on, even for me, not being a big jewelry person.
Engraved ring for boyfriend
I got this really nice engraved ring for my boyfriend who is a diesel mechanic. Unfortunately, it ended up breaking in half when his fingers got smashed at work. I sent an email to customer support and they sent me a replacement within two weeks, no charge. I'm really impressed by the lifetime warranty and the great support team.
Coruscant purchase
I just bought a Coruscant from Gentlebands and I was so surprised by how fast it got here. It fit perfectly and looked just like it did on the website. I was happy to see that the return address was in London because I live in the UK and don't like dealing with international shipping. Even though there were some bad reviews, my experience with Gentlebands was really good.
Gold tungsten radiance ring
I got this super cool ring for my stepdad's birthday, and let me tell you, it was shiny and nice. He wears it all the time and it hasn't done any weird stuff like turning his finger green. When it accidentally broke from a fall, the company totally came through and sent us a brand new one for free! Seriously, best customer service I've ever experienced!
Ring for Fiancé
So, I got this ring for my Fiancé and it was like, totally perfect! The quality was amazing and the price was pretty good too. But, oops, I made a mistake after ordering it (my bad), and the customer service team was so quick to help me fix it. I would totally recommend this place and their stuff is just awesome!
Wedding ring purchase
