    Adjustable standing desk purchase

    As someone who has trouble hearing, communication can be really tough for me, especially when I have to talk on the phone with people who have accents. But, the customer service rep I talked to, let's call him Daniel D., was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience. He was patient, understanding, and willing to take his time and repeat things if I needed. When we had trouble understanding each other, he even sent me written info to make sure I got all the important stuff. I had a bunch of questions about the product and Daniel answered them all patiently, checking with someone else if he wasn't sure. He also brought up a special request I had to his higher-ups and got back to me quickly, even if it wasn't the answer I was hoping for. Thanks to Daniel's awesome customer service, the whole process was smooth and easy for me, and I was able to choose the perfect product for me.

    Computer holder with defective Velcro straps

    I recently bought a computer holder to put under my desk to save space in my home office. Unfortunately, when I tried to put the Velcro straps around my computer case, one of them broke. I was kinda bummed about the quality of the product, but I decided to contact customer service for help. I talked to AJ, who was super helpful and understanding. She asked for a picture of the broken product, and after looking at it quickly, she said a replacement would be sent to me right away. I was so relieved to hear that I didn't have to deal with packaging and returning the item. AJ's customer service was top-notch, and she made solving the problem easy and stress-free.

    E2 desk technical issue

    I recently had an issue with my E2 desk from FlexiSpot that I bought. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't, so I called customer support and spoke with a helpful person named AJ. She listened carefully to my problem, took notes, and made sure she understood before helping me further. AJ then connected me with a tech expert named Benedict. Benedict knew his stuff and quickly figured out the problem and walked me through fixing it. Thanks to him, my desk is working perfectly now. Both AJ and Benedict went above and beyond to help me, and I'm very thankful. If I have any more issues in the future, I hope to work with them again.

    Flexispot E7Q Table

    So, like, I got this table, you know? The delivery was totally messed up - some parts came super early, some parts took forever, and this accessory I ordered never even showed up. And I can't even figure out where it went! And then, when I finally got everything, trying to put it all together was a total nightmare. Like, no pre-drilled holes! Seriously, how do they expect me to do all that by myself? And for the price I paid, I was totally expecting better quality and a way smoother experience. But hey, once I finally got it all set up, the table is actually pretty cool. It's super sturdy, looks nice, and fits perfectly in my space.

    My buddy told me about this awesome new desk company called FlexiSpot, so I thought I'd give it a look to swap out my old, beat-up desk from way back in 2003. After doing some digging, I got in touch with FlexiSpot and Joanna assisted me in choosing the ideal desk and accessories. Deverly double-checked my order to make sure everything was right, confirmed the colors, delivery timeframe, and informed me about the number of boxes to anticipate. She was really helpful, and now just 2 days later, everything is set to be delivered. Can't wait to set up my new desk!

    Standing desk troubleshooting

    I had a problem with my standing desk showing an 'asr message', and I couldn't figure it out by myself. I called customer service, thinking I'd have to leave a message because it was after regular hours, but someone actually picked up right away! The agent helped me fix the issue quickly, and in no time, my standing desk was working fine again. The only thing was, the agent talked a bit fast, so it was a bit hard to keep up, but the service overall was great. Thanks a lot!

    Broken control panel :(

    My desk just arrived today and, unfortunately, the control panel is broken. I contacted customer service and spoke with AJ, who was really friendly and guided me through troubleshooting the issue. We tried everything, but in the end, AJ sorted out for a new desk to be sent my way. I'm truly grateful for the speedy assistance and excellent customer service from Flexispot! Good customer service is rare to come by these days, but they really hit the mark.

    I just bought a standing desk and ran into a problem with the motor. I tried to figure it out on my own, but no luck. I had to call customer service for help. The person on the phone tried a few things but couldn't fix it, so they passed it on to someone else. Luckily, they're sending me a new desk now thanks to their great customer service process.
