Paint purchase
When you're ready to invest in some good paint, it really shows that you care about the colours you're choosing. You can't just pick any old colour and expect it to turn out well. It takes time, patience, and a bit of trial and error. The folks at the store I went to weren't just enthusiastic about colours, they also really understood how to work with the unique space that needed painting. Even though it was a bit frustrating trying out different shades, their expertise really paid off in the end. The positive reactions from everyone who has seen the final result prove that we definitely made the right call. I really don't want to go through this process again anytime soon, so getting it right the first time was really important.
Recent paint purchase
So, I went to this paint store for the first time and I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical at first because I heard some mixed reviews about their products. But, I thought, why not give it a try? I bought some paint for my home reno project and made sure to follow the recommendations for the primers. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the paint was to use. The final look in my room with railings and wimbourne white is just beautiful. The quality and finish of the paint totally blew me away, it was even better than I expected. Now, I'm already thinking about my next project using their stuff. Overall, I'm super happy with my experience at this paint store.

So, I bought some paint from this store not too long ago and, to be honest, I wasn't too happy with it at first. But I gotta say, when I reached out to customer service, they were right on it and sorted everything out in a way that worked for me. It was a bit of a hassle having to trek to another town to get a replacement, but hey, stuff happens. The brand really came through in the end and their customer service totally won me over. I'm happy with how it all turned out and I'll definitely think about buying from them again down the line.

I went to the store to get some help picking out paint for my new bathroom. Aude, one of the staff members, was really helpful. She looked at the swatches I brought in and gave me some great ideas that ended up being perfect for the job. I had some trouble with another decision I made, but when I went back for more advice, Aude was really generous with her time and ideas, and everything turned out great in the end. I'm really happy with how my bathroom renovation turned out, all thanks to the awesome help from the staff at the Richmond store.
Paint for living room and dining room
The service at the branch in Toronto was amazing, eh? The staff there was really helpful and gave me some great ideas for my project. I ended up painting my living room and dining room in this gorgeous combination of colors that turned out so nice. The quality of the paint was really top-notch and gave such a smooth and fantastic finish, eh? I can't wait to start my next project and I'll definitely be going back to this branch for more ideas. I highly recommend it, eh?
Colour Consultancy Service with Harriot Collins
I don't usually write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience that I had to tell everyone about it. The staff in the store were so helpful, the delivery was fast, and the Colour Consultancy service was awesome. Harriot Collins, the consultant we worked with, was fantastic. She listened to us and encouraged us to be daring with our choices. The discounts we got on our paint order as part of the service were a nice surprise. I definitely suggest Farrow & Ball and Harriot.
Interior paint purchase
The service at the store was amazing. Duncan really knew his stuff and was super helpful with my project. Beth helped me pick out a color scheme that I never would have thought of on my own. Even though there were some problems with the delivery and damaged tins, F&B took care of it right away and made returning extra paint a breeze. The paint is top-notch - durable, vibrant colors, and a gorgeous finish. I would definitely recommend this store and their service.
High-quality paint and wallpaper
I recently bought some really nice paint and wallpaper from this store. The prices were a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of the products is really top-notch. You can tell they didn't skimp on anything when making them, and you can see and feel the difference right away. I'm super impressed with how durable the paint is and how nice the wallpaper designs are. If I can afford it, I'll definitely keep using these products in the future.
luliworth blue and blackened modern emulsion
My mom went and got these paints from the store, and let me tell you, they are amazing! We used them to paint our kitchen and it turned out so awesome! The colors are spot on with the swatches and they all complement each other perfectly. Plus, the paint is super simple to apply and clean up. It was a bit expensive, but honestly, the quality is top-notch so it's worth every penny. I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends!
Recent store visit
I went to the store in Wilmslow not too long ago and I gotta say, I was so impressed with the service I got. Sam, Millie, and Martin were all super nice and really helpful. They made shopping there a great experience. They greeted me warmly when I walked in and gave me some good advice as I shopped. I felt really comfortable and well looked after. I'm definitely gonna go back next time I need to buy something.

The folks at this store in Tunbridge Wells are just fantastic, eh! They've been so helpful in helping me pick out paint colours for a tricky room shape. Their excitement and awesome ideas have really made this whole thing fun and easy. I'm so thankful for their hard work to make sure my projects look great. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I definitely recommend this place!

My experience with the home design service has been amazing. I've used it a few times and I've been really impressed every time. The team at the store gave me some great suggestions that have completely changed my home. The support I got afterwards was top-notch and I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

The paint I bought from the store was amazing to use. The staff, especially Linda, were so friendly and helpful, giving me great advice on colours and decorating ideas. The matte finish of the paint really brought out the texture and depth of my lounge walls. All in all, both the paint and the service at the store were definitely worth the price.
Recent purchase issue
I've been a customer for years and always happy with the products and service. Recently had a small issue but Adele from Head Office was amazing in fixing it. Her professionalism and quick response made me trust the brand even more.
