Hey there, recently I had a bit of a problem with the packaging and shipping of my event decor items as a customer. But I gotta give a shoutout to Danielle and Stephanie from the customer service team cause they really went above and beyond to help sort everything out quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to making sure I was taken care of was really something special. I was super impressed by how professional they were and how much they cared about providing great customer service. I've been a loyal customer with this company for about five years now. I've always been super impressed with the quality of their products. Recently I bought some event decor supplies and, once again, I was really happy with my purchase. The customer service was top-notch, and the shipping was quick and smooth. White drapes and tablecloths
The descriptions online were bang on and super easy to understand. I chatted with someone live to ask a few questions and they were so helpful. The white drapes and tablecloths I bought were really high quality, even better than I thought they would be. This is my second time ordering from this place and honestly, I don't even want to check out other places. And, to top it off, I was shocked at how fast the shipping was, especially being in Canada.
Return and resolution
I had some problems with my order at first, but when I returned the items, a staff member got in touch with me right away and fixed everything. Their customer service was amazing, and they really cared about making sure I was happy. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated they were to helping me out. Now I'm thinking about buying from them again in the future, and I would definitely suggest their services to other people.

Didn't get my stuff yet
So, I still haven't received my stuff, but this guy was a huge help with sorting out my order issue. I'm not great with electronics, but he was really patient and took the time to explain everything until we came up with a new plan. I'm really excited to finally get my order!
Party decorations
I really enjoy shopping at this store because they have such awesome stuff for parties and all that. The delivery is super quick and they always get my order correct. The only issue I have is that some items don't have measurements, so it's tough to know if they'll fit where I want. But overall, I definitely recommend this place to all my friends if they're looking for great party supplies!
Beautiful decor items
I really love all the decorations I get from this place, they're all so beautiful and well-made. The shipping is really quick too, so I don't have to wait long to receive my new goodies. Bed decor
I bought this really pretty decor thing to hang over my bed, instead of a chandelier. I had to get creative because there was no way to plug it in, so I ended up using flameless candles on a craft mirror. Then I added some silver leaf, silver leaves, and crystal berries to make it look romantic. It turned out really nice and gave my bedroom a classy vibe.

Damaged upright pipe
The product and quality are great, but I got one upright pipe that was all messed up. There was a dent in it, which made it a pain to use. Even though the box and wrapping were fine when it got here, it looks like the damage happened on purpose or during making it. I didn't have enough time to send it back and get a new one before my event, so I just had to make it work with the messed up pipe.
Wedding decor purchase
I recently had a great experience ordering things for my sister's wedding! We bought some decorations online, but the designer told us they wouldn't work. I was really worried, but I sent them an email and they quickly gave me a refund. It was awesome!
