    Manicure kit for sensitive skin

    I bought a manicure kit from this store recently to pamper my hands, which have been feeling the effects of winter. My skin is sensitive and can react badly to some products, so I really appreciated Chloe's guidance on the cream and cuticle oil ingredients. I've tried both products now and I'm happy with how they've worked for me. The nice scent of the products was a nice touch. I also found out that these are the same products used in their spas, which got me thinking about treating myself to a spa day at one of their locations next time I'm in London.

    Oh my goodness, can we please chat about Bryan from customer support? He is seriously the most incredible person ever! He completely understood what I needed with my gift voucher and didn't make me feel guilty for asking for an extension. He's so patient and empathetic, but also really professional.     Christmas order

    I placed an order for Christmas at the last minute and one of the bottles ended up leaking on its way to me. I reached out to customer service and after a few days, they got back to me with a reasonable solution. They issued a refund for the out-of-stock product, but quickly sent a replacement for the other item, which arrived in perfect shape. I'm grateful for how they handled things during the busy holiday season. The products are really good quality and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

    My husband gave me a gift card that our toddler son quickly lost. After searching high and low, we miraculously found it under his carpet.     I went to this amazing spa and got the most incredible salt scrub and massage treatment. The lady who did it, Lorraine, was like a magician - she made me feel super relaxed and happy. The products smelled so delicious, I felt like eating them! I enjoyed it so much that I promised myself I would go back every month. Big thanks to Lorraine and the spa! You guys are awesome!

    Baby hamper and two skincare hampers

    I bought some gift baskets for my buddy's baby and some skincare ones for myself. They were all really nice. The baby gift basket had adorable stuff and the skincare ones smell amazing. I was disappointed that my free gift wasn't included, but Carol from Customer Service was quick to resolve the issue for me. The products are fantastic and the service is great.
