Recent purchase for my daughter
I recently bought some stuff for my daughter on this website and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how everything went down. I've been a faithful customer of this online store for kids' clothes for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with what they offer. I've been coming back to this company for a while now, buying stuff for my grandkids, friends, and other family kids. I recently snagged some great deals in a VIP sale and ordered clothes for my grandson and the new granddaughter on the way in February. The whole ordering process was smooth, and I liked getting all the info I needed, like delivery times from DPD. Our package arrived this morning, and I had a nice chat with Izzy online, who fixed a tiny issue quickly. The service from this company is always top-notch, and I'm constantly impressed by how much they care about the little things. Purchased kids' wellies
I recently bought some kids' rain boots from here and let me tell you, the packaging was amazing. The boxes they were in looked top-quality, leaving a great first impression. However, I was a bit let down when I saw there was only one bag of haribo jelly candies in the box. This led to a little disagreement between my two kids since there were two pairs of boots. It seemed like poor planning on their part to only give one candy bag. As a side note, I recently watched a show on Netflix that got me thinking about the inclusion of sweets in the package. It made me wonder if this could possibly create some negative brand associations.

I've bought stuff from this company a few times now, and every time the service and delivery have been great. The products are really good quality, though some people might think they're a bit pricey. But I truly believe that you get what you pay for, and in this situation, it's definitely true. I had to exchange an item for a bigger size using their free returns service once, and it was super easy and fast. Overall, I'm really impressed with the flawless experience I've had with this company.
Trousers return issue
I had to return some pants, but the post office accidentally sent my package to the wrong store. Charlotte from customer service was fantastic and really went above and beyond to make sure my package ended up at the right place. I highly recommend their service!
Overseas order missing item
My experience with Children Salon has always been great, with lots of beautiful choices to pick from. But it's when things go wrong that their customer service really stands out. Recently, I ordered 3 items for delivery overseas, but only 2 showed up. Even though it wasn't their fault, the customer service team, especially Laura and Lauren, were so amazing. They replied to my messages quickly, called me to talk about the problem, and made sure to send the missing item. I was really impressed by how they went the extra mile for their customers.
Love the clothes
I really love this store, eh! They have really awesome clothes for kids, even though some of them can be a bit pricey. But they also have sales and affordable luxury items which is great. And the quality is top-notch, eh! They always ship my stuff super quickly, it comes in such nice packaging, and they even throw in some free candy! The app is amazing because you can earn points and get cool rewards like free delivery, eh. I always shop for Babidu and other brands from Spain, Italy, and Portugal. I highly recommend it, eh!

I came across this store while looking for a sweet outfit for my bro's prom and I was super impressed with the service! I made my order pretty late, but they still managed to ship it out on the same day. The clothes arrived the very next day and they were wrapped up so nicely. The outfits looked really classy but didn't break the bank.
Snowsuit purchase
I bought a snowsuit from your store not long ago and had a problem with the hood size. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times but the issue didn't get fixed properly. The hood on the snowsuit I got was too small, so I couldn't even use it. I even spoke to the brand but the problem still wasn't sorted out. I did end up getting a refund in the end, but I was disappointed with the lack of care and customer service.

Their customer service is amazing. I've had to return or swap some stuff lately, and it's been super easy. They're really helpful and give great service. I'll definitely shop there again.
Stylish clothing
The clothes I bought from here are so adorable and trendy. I really like how good the quality is and how different they are. The customer service was fantastic when there was a problem with the delivery, they were really friendly and helpful in getting it sorted out for me. Gift shopping
They only offer free shipping if you're a Diamond member, even though their prices are a bit steep. I've seen the same stuff for cheaper on other sites, and getting gift wrapping is kind of a pain now.

I just bought some stuff from this store because I'm gonna have a baby soon. I got some things that were on sale and I got them super fast. The way they wrapped everything was so nice, it made me happy. It's good to see a company that puts effort into how they package their stuff, especially when it's for my baby.
