Anime figurine purchase
As a new customer, I wasn't sure about trying Buyee at first, but I'm really happy I did! I bought an anime figurine for a good price and it turned out to be the real deal. The downside was the shipping cost, which can add up depending on how big and heavy your item is. I went for the cheapest shipping option and was pleasantly surprised when my package showed up way sooner than I thought. It was also handy to bundle up multiple packages at the warehouse to save on shipping. All in all, my experience with Buyee was great, and I'll definitely be shopping there again.

Mixed up package
So yeah, my package ended up getting all mixed up in the warehouse, but thankfully I got my full refund after just three days. The customer support was really nice and super helpful, which definitely made the situation better. I've used Tenso for packages before, so I know mix-ups can happen. Even with all this, I still like both companies and I'll for sure use them again in the future.
My 1st time at Buyee
Hey, so I ordered a couple of watches online from this website. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time doing that, but everything turned out okay. I received my order super fast, like within 4 days thanks to DHL. Just a heads up, be prepared for additional charges from customs. Just thought I'd mention that.
Convenient access to international websites
As someone who uses this service, I was really impressed at first because I could buy stuff from international websites that I wouldn't normally be able to. But, my good feelings didn't last long because the customer service I got was really bad. When I asked a simple question, I just got the same copy-paste answers that didn't really help me. Their lack of understanding and bad communication made me frustrated and let down. With such bad customer service, I probably won't use this service again.

So, let me tell ya, Buyee is really great. Everything I got came super fast and was packed really good. And the items looked just like the pictures from the sellers. The prices were way better than other sites I looked at. The service fees were totally fair too. All in all, I'm really happy with my Buyee experience.
