Two orders of good quality and novel products
At first, I was kinda unsure about buying from this website because of some bad reviews I saw, but I gotta say, ordering from them was actually really good. It was super easy and simple, and I was surprised at how fast I got the tracking numbers for both of my orders. The royal mail deliveries showed up just two days later, which was pretty quick. The stuff I got is good quality and has a cool, different vibe that I know my emo son will love. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and how fast it got here.
Variety of clothing items
I just bought a bunch of clothes from your store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. Everything was nicely wrapped up with bubble wrap so it didn't get wrecked in the mail. But I did run into a little problem when I tried to pay with my card and had to use a different way to pay, which was a pain. I was also crossing my fingers for free shipping but I didn't hit the minimum spend. Even with those bumps, the delivery was surprisingly fast, only took a week to get here after I ordered.

The swimwear and bikinis are so cute, but some of them don't have the right sizes. It took two weeks for delivery, which felt like forever. I didn't want to bother with sending them back because it would be too much of a hassle. The return process is in the UK too, which is not convenient at all. The styles are great, just make sure to measure yourself properly before buying. I used a tape measure and even though I've lost weight, the rings on the swimwear were poking me. Overall, the clothes are really nice, but just watch out for the sizing.
Christmas present slippers
Oh my goodness, I got these really awesome slippers for Christmas but they ended up being too small. I sent them an email and they were super nice about it, said they'd exchange them for a bigger size and deliver them before I see Santa! I was so relieved, and now I'm excited to show them off!

I've been shopping at this clothing store for over three years now, and I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I've bought makeup, clothes, and demonias, and everything has always been top-notch quality. There was one time when an item got damaged during delivery because of the postal service, but their customer service team was quick to give me a refund. I really think their products are great, and the customer service team is always there when you need them.
Two pairs of shoes
So, I bought two pairs of shoes from this store without even looking at the reviews. Then I saw some people saying they had problems with shipping and never getting their stuff, and I got a bit anxious. But you know what? Everything turned out great for me. I got both pairs of shoes in perfect shape just three days after I ordered them, and I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out.
Small Wednesday themed bag
I just bought this cute little Wednesday-themed bag online, but they sent me the wrong one by mistake. I was kinda bummed at first, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful. Amy got in touch with me right away and sorted out a smooth return for me. She even gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase, which was really nice of her. I'm glad they fixed the mix-up quickly and made sure I was happy in the end. It's good to know they care about their customers like that.
Shoes for daughter's prom
The customer service and returns process at this company was amazing. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter's prom, but they didn't fit. Getting a refund was easy and quick. Unfortunately, when I tried to order a new pair, they were out of stock in the UK and needed to get them from Germany. Even so, they kept me updated throughout and the shoes arrived via special delivery the very next day, just in time for the prom. The shoes were just right and my daughter looked gorgeous at her prom. I am really impressed with this company and their team.
