Steam code purchase
Being from the Philippines, I had a hard time finding a store to activate my steam codes. Luckily, I came across 2Game as the only official site offering this service, so I decided to give it a shot. I was a bit worried at first because after I paid, I couldn't find the "reveal code" anywhere. I had to reach out to customer support to explain the issue, but I was pleasantly surprised when they responded and fixed the problem in just 5 minutes. Hopefully they can fix this bug in the future because their prices are really great! I also liked that they accept payments through GCash/Alipay, which made the whole experience a lot smoother. I made my first purchase on this site not too long ago, and oh boy, it was a wild ride. The selection is great, prices are amazing, but guess what? When I tried to buy two codes together, the product keys didn't show up! Can you imagine that? I had to contact support, and after a bit of back and forth, they fixed the issue. Can you believe it? So, get this! I ended up making a stupid mistake and accidentally bought a whole game instead of the DLC I actually wanted. Like A Dragon Ultimate Edition
I had a bit of a problem when I tried to activate Like A Dragon Ultimate Edition, which I bought on Feb 11 - I got a no key error. It was super frustrating and honestly left me pretty unhappy with the company. It seemed like they were selling a game that wasn't even available yet, which is just not cool. The support team took a really long time to help me out, which made me question whether 2Game is really a legit Official Authorised Digital Retailer. They did give me a gift card as a sorry, but I couldn't get my money back because of how I paid. I really hope they learn from this and do better in the future to avoid these kinds of problems.
