Insurance coverage renewal
As a longtime customer of this company, I can honestly say that their customer service is excellent. The team has always been there to help with any questions or concerns I've had about my insurance. When my spouse got injured and needed medical treatment, the staff member I spoke to was really supportive and reassuring, which meant a lot to me. The claims process has always been easy, and I've never had any problems with it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy insurance. I've renewed my policy several times and plan to keep doing so.

I thought filling out the forms was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions that made everything quick and easy. However, I think the insurance info could be explained in simpler terms, especially since lots of travelers might be newbies who find all the legal jargon kind of overwhelming. Using easier language to describe the different insurance choices would definitely make things better for customers.

Getting insurance online was a breeze! It was simple and easy to understand, but it would be helpful to have the option to pick your country of residence separate from your citizenship country to prevent any mix-ups. It would also be neat to color-code the policies to make comparing them a piece of cake. Besides those little suggestions, everything went really smoothly!
Fast and easy insurance purchase
Buying insurance was a breeze. They might not cover everything from before, but they do cover unexpected stuff that pops up. For example, if you're already on meds and then something unexpected happens, they've got you covered. And to top it off, they even cover Israel which is really neat.
