Booking birthday spa break
I just booked a birthday spa trip for my daughter with the help of a really helpful booking assistant named Jordon Vincent. He was super knowledgeable and really helped me pick the best spa within a good travel distance. He also made sure to coordinate the treatment and arrival times with the spa, which made everything so much easier. His flexibility and attention to detail really made the whole booking process stress-free. I would definitely recommend booking with Jordon and this company again, especially with the added bonus of a small NHS discount. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
Technical support on live chat
I had a really nice chat with a customer service rep named Bianka on live chat, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how much she knew and how helpful she was. Bianka helped me out with this tech problem I was having with a voucher code. She explained it all really clearly and even gave me a solution that worked right away. I'm really thankful for her help and I'm happy with how everything turned out.
Gift spa package
So, my wife's gift spa package didn't show up on time for her big day. I gave customer service a ring and Rachel helped me out. The first package got lost in the mail, but Rachel quickly sent me a voucher and shipped another one. It did come late for the celebration, but Rachel's service and care really made things right. I felt like my concerns were heard and taken care of the whole way through.
Unexpected booking change
I had to make a last-minute change to my spa booking and I was panicking because I thought I was going to lose my money. But then this really nice lady named Lucia helped me out and fixed everything! She was so helpful and made the whole situation stress-free. I can't thank her enough for being so awesome!
Misleading spa facilities description
The spa on the website sounded way better than it actually was. The steam room was busted and smelled musty, not a great experience. The pool was packed with loud kids and hardly any chairs to chill out. Basically, the spa didn't match up to what they advertised.
First spa experience
The booking experience for the spa breaks was good, but the actual spa day was not so great. My wife and I went to Mollington Bannistre near Chester. The cream tea we had was not very good, the grounds were nice but not very clean. The gym was ok, but definitely in need of some maintenance. The pool and sauna were decent, however the jacuzzi and steam room were not working and we weren't given any reason why. The "relaxation" room had weird light fixtures. The hot stone massage I received was just a normal massage because the masseuse didn't know about the stones. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my first time at a spa.
Spa break booking
I asked around a ton and checked out a bunch of spots before settling on the spa getaway for me and my daughter. Charlotte was so friendly and really knowledgeable about all the different choices. I don't think I could have received better service anywhere else.
spa break booking
I booked a spa break and Jordon was a huge help. He was really professional and provided me with all the information I needed to make my reservation. Thanks so much Jordon! Vanessa
