Billing issue resolution
I had a bit of a problem with my billing on my account because I thought I had cancelled it, but turns out I didn't. So I called customer service for help and got connected with a person named Joke. Despite being annoyed at first, Joke handled everything really well and quickly. I'm not sure if I'll get all my money back, but Joke's customer service was really amazing. Now I just have to wait and see if MetroFax will actually give me a refund, but either way, I'm super impressed with how Joke helped me out.
Business fax services
I've been using my business fax services for a while now, eh. I ran into a small problem before because my credit card info got mixed up and the notifications landed in my spam folder. But this awesome customer service rep named "Lyra" helped me out real quick, eh. She fixed everything in a jiffy with her professionalism and efficiency. No complaints about the service, eh. Definitely gonna keep using it for my business stuff.
One-time fax service
I recently had to send a fax just this once and found some companies that give free trials. But most had hidden fees or high prices in the fine print. This one company stood out because they were clear and understanding. They offered to keep my service going with a deal, but they listened when I said I only needed it once. Chris, the customer service rep, was really nice and respectful the whole time we talked. It was great!
Difficulty faxing document, great customer service from Glaiza
I was having a hard time faxing a really important document and I was thinking about just cancelling my plan or account. But then, Glaiza came to the rescue and talked me into sticking around. She was so understanding and helpful during our chat. If I ever have to get in touch with the company again, I really hope Glaiza is the one who answers.
Trouble with sending fax to restricted number
I was having trouble sending my fax because I forgot to put a '1' in front of the number, but Lyra P. helped me out right away with the Metrofax Chat Services. Their services are top-notch!
Cancelled account due to health and financial reasons
Had to cancel my account due to health and money problems, but Rowena was really understanding and great about it. I'll definitely return in the future!
Credit card statement discrepancy resolved
So I was looking at my credit card statement and saw this extra charge from that company. So I called customer service and found out it was actually a credit they gave me. Rowena helped me out, she was really quick and clear about everything. Great service, fast response, and super professional!
Superb Mandip assistance
Mandip has been amazing at helping me with Metrofax. He's really quick at getting back to me when I have questions and always makes sure everything is sorted out. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me with any issues I have.
Account cancellation experience
It took a while to cancel my account, but Chris helped me out. He was handling a bunch of chats at once, but he still managed to pay attention to me and get things done quickly. It seems like closing an account with them is more complicated than just clicking a button, so that might turn some people off from their services.
Faxing service purchase
I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service from this company. They were no help at all, kept forgetting stuff, and just made the whole experience terrible. I definitely won't be using their services again and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
