Travel deals in Hawaii & Puerto Rico
I found some awesome deals for my trips to Hawaii and Puerto Rico this year using this service. The prices were so good and I liked how they link you right to Google Flights to book. The premium membership fee is totally worth it for the savings on flights. I also love checking out their Instagram page for new deals. I definitely recommend this service!
Signed up for a trial
I tried out that flight deal thing for free, but they didn't give me any flights from my favorite airport or to the place I wanted. When I asked for a refund because they weren't responding, they cancelled my trial and said no refund! Not cool at all. And good luck trying to get in touch with them - no contact info on their website.
Unauthorized billing
My experience with this service was really disappointing, eh. I cancelled my membership, but they kept charging my credit card without asking me, eh. I couldn't find any good deals I wanted for a whole year, but they kept taking my money, eh. I had to do something to stop them from charging me more, eh. It's not right for a company to keep charging a customer without asking, eh. I felt like they were ripping me off and it was so frustrating because they had terrible customer service, eh.
Unauthorized charge complaint
I'm writing to let you know I'm really upset about the charge on my account by the service provider. It's not okay to take money without asking and it's been a huge hassle for me. It's frustrating to see that others are having the same problem too, just like how I've seen complaints from others. I'm thinking about taking legal action to make sure these people are responsible for what they did. I'll keep everyone informed about what's happening and I'm open to working together to sort this out.
Unwanted automatic renewal charged
I just wanted to share a not-so-great experience I had with the auto-renewal of a service I used in the past. Because of travel restrictions, I didn't get any notifications or updates, but my credit card was still charged for the annual renewal without me knowing. When I contacted customer service, they said no refund was possible but I could give the service to someone else. I was really let down by their lack of flexibility and empathy for the situation. Transparency and communication are super important to me as a customer, especially during uncertain times.
Free trial scam
I tried out the "free 14 day trial" but when I wanted to cancel on day 12, the instructions were totally off and there was no link on the billing page. The chat box said they were closed even though it was daytime, and nobody ever replied to my messages. I ended up having to call my bank to stop the payment. I'm not sure if the upgrade was even worth it, but they still managed to deceive me into it. They're absolutely terrible!
Elite package purchase
Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with the elite package. I paid a lot of money but the deals were only for South America, which wasn't really where I wanted to go. The first/business class flights they talked about weren't there, and the prices weren't that great. I could find better deals just by using Google on my own.
Subscription cancellation experience
I had such a hassle trying to cancel my subscription with this company the other day. Their website was so confusing, making it a pain to find where to cancel my billing. And when I finally found it, cancelling was a nightmare! Just a heads up for anyone else thinking of cancelling with them - be ready for a frustrating time.
Flight deals subscription
I signed up for this flight deals thing, right? Hoping to score some sweet discounts on flights to different places. It ended up being a letdown, though. The deals weren't as good as what I've seen before. The way they operate with all these hidden fees made me feel pretty let down and annoyed. Plus, when I found out I've been charged for the subscription for like, years without even knowing, I was even more ticked off. Just not a great experience overall, you know?
Waste of time and money
Come on, this website just keeps bombarding you with pointless offers and pushing you to join some silly membership. I was on here for an hour and couldn't even find one good flight deal. It's all a scam, don't bother wasting your time!
flight deals
I used to really enjoy using this service, but recently it hasn't been the same. It used to be top-notch for finding awesome flight deals, and I would tell all my friends about it. But now, it seems like they've lost their way and there's all this extra stuff about dog treats, festival drinks, and local attractions. All I want is to find some great flight deals, not read a travel blog. I hope they go back to focusing on what they were good at before.
Subscription Sign-up
I signed up for the subscription service last year, and I gotta say, I've been really let down by the "deals" they send out. Every time I try to snag one, they're already gone, so it's been a total waste of my time and money. Despite traveling a bunch last year, I haven't been able to use a single deal.
