Billing complaint resolution
I just had some trouble with a billing issue when I was trying to cancel my subscription with Peoplefinders. As a retired police officer and licensed private detective, I was feeling pretty frustrated with the situation, but the Peoplefinders rep was understanding and dealt with it really well. I had only tried out one search during the trial period and I thought I had cancelled my subscription, so I was so relieved to find out no extra searches had been done. It meant a lot to me that they believed me and didn't treat me like a liar or criminal. I'm hoping everything gets sorted out completely and that there won't be any more billing problems down the road.
Report purchase and membership cancellation
I gotta admit, I was a bit unsure about trying out this service at first. I was afraid it would be a pain to cancel my membership if I ended up not liking it after getting a report. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to cancel. The customer service team was super helpful and made the whole thing a breeze. Now I feel way better about using this service in the future, knowing I won't get stuck in some subscription I hardly ever use. It's nice to know I can just pay for a report when I need it, without any extra hassle. Really great service all around.
PF customer service experience
I had a great chat with a customer service rep at this company, and I gotta say, it was awesome. His name was Sebastian, and he was super patient and really paid attention to everything I said. He listened to all my questions and gave really good answers. He knew his stuff and was totally pro. I now feel good about doing business with this company because of how well Sebastian helped me out. Big thanks, Sebastian!
Inquiry charge, unexpected billing
When I first went on the website, they charged me 90 cents for an inquiry fee which I didn't mind paying. But then I noticed a charge of $24.95 on my account for extra services I didn't mean to get. I asked for a refund right away and they quickly took care of it. I'm grateful for how fast the customer service team dealt with my issue.
Background check service
I was kinda bummed out at first by the service from these guys, but then Sebation Acosta totally changed my mind. Even though I was all over the place and super nervous, he helped me out and fixed everything. His customer service was top notch and now I'm thinking of coming back in the future.
Trouble ending my subscription
I had such a tough time trying to cancel my subscription online, but this guy Sebastian from customer service was so helpful! He found my account right away and sorted everything out for me. And on top of that, they called me back really quickly too!
