Nonprofit customer mail service
Our little non-profit has been super happy since we started using Earth Class Mail in early 2020. Even before COVID hit, we were using it, but in March 2020, we decided to go all in and have all our mail go through them. It's been a game-changer for us, especially with everyone working from home. Now looking back after a year, we're so thankful for how much easier it's made things for us. The variety of services they offer has really set us up well for remote work in the future. We're grateful for Earth Class Mail helping us adjust to this new way of working, and for the awesome service they provide.
Virtual mailbox
The virtual mailbox service from ECM is hands down the best I've come across in the past decade! The representatives are super professional and efficient. They can forward mail to any corner of the globe and even deposit checks directly into your bank account. And if any problems come up, they get sorted out right away, so don't be shy about getting in touch. It's a reliable and trustworthy service, perfect for folks who are always on the move. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking more autonomy while travelling.
Mail, scans, packages, checks
These folks have been amazing for me for about 10 years now. They're always reliable with their service. It's like having my own mailroom without having to go anywhere. Scanning mail makes things so simple, just like checking emails. And let me tell you, their other services are top-notch! They always come through with forwarding packages and depositing checks, they never disappoint. Everything runs smoothly, never had any problems with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mail handling services
The service from this company is so disappointing. Every time I try to reach their customer service team, it's a mess - they're incompetent and unprofessional. They always mess up customer problems and question everything the customers say. And don't get me started on the surprise bills that keep popping up. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I really suggest steering clear of their services.
Slow shipping, hidden fees
I've been using this service for a while now for my stuff and it's so slow, eh! Like, they take ten whole days just to scan my things and that's just way too long, you know? Also, they charge so much for shipping, it's like they're trying to rip you off or something. So not cool, eh!
Mail service review
This review of the mail service was pretty useful but it did sound a bit rehearsed. We did face some technical issues when we first met with one of their employees, which probably could have been sorted out beforehand. Thankfully, the employee was able to fix the problem later on. All in all, I'm eager to give their services a try.
Mail forwarding service
So, like, I signed up for this mail forwarding thing in December 2021, but pretty soon I saw it wasn't working out for me. I tried to cancel it and told the post office to stop forwarding my mail, but I kept getting charged for another six months. Trying to cancel was a real headache, and they even sent me pics of mail that shouldn't have been forwarded in the first place. Like, I get the idea of the service, but the way they handled it and their customer service was pretty disappointing, eh.
Mail forwarding problem
So yeah, I signed up for this mail forwarding service and everything was fine until I realized they send all my mail to Oregon for processing. Seriously, why Oregon? I have an address in NYC, so why send it there? And then it takes like forever to get my mail back, like 5-7 business days! That's just too long, why can't they just send it right away? It's not cool at all, dude!

I tried out a mail forwarding service that seemed like a good idea at first. I signed up for a plan that would send my mail to different addresses, both for personal and business use. I moved all my mail stuff to the Orlando address they gave me, but then they surprised me by saying I couldn't use that address anymore. It was a real headache dealing with them for months after that, because they couldn't find a good solution and I had to figure things out on my own. Just when I thought everything was sorted out, they told me about another address change, causing me even more hassle. The way they handle negotiations with their partner locations, putting customers like me in a tough spot, only makes their service more frustrating and unreliable.

I started using this mail service back in 2010 when I moved to Japan from America. It was great back then, but now they seem to be trying to pull one over on me. The prices keep going up, and they keep pushing me towards the priciest options when I need to send something. It's just not right. I even had a friend compare prices for me, and they always find much cheaper options than what this mail service is asking for. It's like they're squeezing every penny out of me. I was really disappointed with how slow the mail uploading service was. They said it would be uploaded in 24-72 hours, but it actually took over a week. It's annoying to be told one thing and then not have it happen when they said it would.

I enrolled in the service more than 2 months ago, hoping it would help me with my mail. But to be honest, it's been a complete nightmare. I've done everything they told me to do, but I still haven't received any of my mail online. I've been waiting anxiously for important checks, but they haven't shown up. The customer service team has been useless in helping me find out where my mail is in the system. If you want a good way to manage your mail, don't choose ECM because it's definitely not reliable or efficient.

Honestly, I wouldn't suggest going with this company. They sneak in a bunch of extra charges that can really add up in the long run. It's like they try to lock you in once you're already on board. If you're thinking about using their service, make sure to do your homework and know exactly what you're getting into cost-wise before you jump in.

This company is just awful to deal with, man. The customer service is so rude, the prices are way too high, and they don't give a damn about you or your mail. Ever since I started using their service, it's been one headache after another. They don't even try to fix any problems, all they care about is taking your money. I'm never using them again, no way.
