Crystal necklace purchase
My experience ordering a crystal necklace from the store was honestly a letdown. They lost my order and didn't seem to know what to do about it. They told me to wait for them to find the stuff before giving me a refund, but then I got a refund before they even found it. It was pretty annoying as a customer. It made me feel like they didn't really care about fixing their errors.

Website technical issues
I gotta tell you, my experience with the website got off to a bit of a bumpy start. I ran into a bunch of issues while trying to checkout, and at one point, I started to think it was all too good to be true and maybe not even legit. I even tried giving them a call for help, but all I got was error 31. But then I decided to shoot them an email about my troubles, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they helped me out. I'm really happy I stuck with it because they really did have the best prices like they promised.
