Valentine bouquet disappointment
Today was Valentine's Day, and I was really looking forward to getting a beautiful bouquet from my daughter. But when it arrived, it was a real letdown. The vase was broken, and as I carefully tried to take the flowers out of the box, I ended up cutting my hand on the glass. To top it off, a lot of the flowers were damaged, bent, and even broken off the stems. It was so sad to see the sorry state of the "Margot" bouquet that my daughter had spent a lot of money on. It was far from the lovely moment we were hoping for. I think a refund is definitely in order here.

Oh man, these designs are so amazing! And let me tell ya, the shipping was crazy fast. This is actually my second time ordering from them, and every time they just knock it out of the park. As a customer from the UK, I'm really disappointed with how unresponsive this company has been. I sent back my items weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about whether they got them or when I'll get my refund. I've tried emailing and chatting multiple times, but no one has responded. It's super frustrating and now I have to get my credit card company involved to sort this out. It's just really disappointing to see such poor customer service.

Gift card issue
I'm really upset with the customer service at this store, eh. I had to wait over 2 months before they finally got back to me about reloading my gift card after I returned something. And when they did reply, it was short and not very helpful. They said I couldn't reload the gift card on my Quiksilver account. They basically took 30€ from me that I could have used however I wanted. It's just not right, eh. It's totally outrageous and not cool, eh.
