Delayed return flight
My time with the airline was pretty nice, until we had our return flight from Cork to Bristol. Because of some bad weather, our flight got cancelled and the next available seats weren't for another 3 days. They did offer us a different flight to Heathrow the next day and said they would refund our expenses to get back to our car for the trip home. But even after lots of back-and-forth and sending in our receipts multiple times, we only got partially refunded. They had told us they would cover all reasonable costs, so this whole situation was really stressful and frustrating. The airline's lack of transparency and their unwillingness to fully keep their word was really disappointing. You just can't be dishonest like that, it's not cool, and it's definitely left a bad impression on me.

Pajama sets as loungewear
I just bought a bunch of 2-piece pajama sets for kicking back, chilling, and doing some errands. It seems like this company cares more about making a lot of pajamas instead of making them well. They have different lines of pajamas at different prices and quality levels, and the sizes are all over the place. The cheaper JOSIE line is especially disappointing. It's annoying that a company that makes their own pajamas can't seem to get it right. Keep it simple, focus on making quality stuff, and simplify your product lines.

Oh my goodness, never ever think about buying from this place, eh? So I ordered these 2 beautiful wedding dresses for my big day, you know? And what do you think happened? They never showed up!
