4 pairs gloves
The gloves have a really nice design. I ended up buying 4 pairs because they were on sale. I love how they look, but the liner inside keeps bunching up and it's making my fingers hurt. It also messes with the touchscreen feature, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I wish the lining fit snugger against the leather.

Overpriced purchase
I bought something online not long ago and was so surprised when I saw the price drop the very next day. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, but they just brushed me off, saying the prices change every midnight during the sale. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, I got a damaged product without any heads up. The customer service is just terrible and they don't even know how to communicate properly.
