    The marketing content and emails from the company are really appealing, but when I got the actual jewelry, it didn't match up to what was shown in the marketing. The prices seemed a bit high for the quality I got. What really bothered me was how often I was getting those marketing emails. I set my preferences to get emails just once a month, but I was still getting them every day. It was just too much. I wanted to be on the email list to stay updated on any new collaborations or events, like the Harry Potter one, but getting so many emails was overwhelming.

    Saint Bernard has a pretty good variety of ski clothes and gear, but the prices are kinda high. Ordering stuff was simple, but the customer service could be better.     So I bought a spring cover for my trampoline from this shop recently and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The website was so hard to use, like come on, I just wanted to find what I needed without all the extra hassle. And then, after I finally ordered it, I didn't hear a thing about when it would be shipped. I had to bug them multiple times just to get a tracking number, and even then, my package showed up way later than they said it would. And on top of all that, the quality of the spring cover was terrible, definitely not worth the crazy price I paid. Overall, it was a letdown and I won't be going back there again.

    Flight delay, missed connecting flight, poor customer service

    My recent flight experience with your company was a total disaster. Because my flight from Baltimore to Frankfurt was delayed by two hours, I missed my connecting flight. Dealing with the situation was so frustrating and disappointing. We had to wait in line for two whole hours just to rebook our flight, all because the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. In today's world, technology is supposed to make things easier, but every passenger had to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes (if not more) with an agent just to get things sorted out. The lack of efficiency and customer service was really terrible, so I won't be flying with your airline again.

    Best holiday ever

    We've been around the block and stayed in some fancy hotels, but none of them compare to this one. We like to explore new places, but we keep coming back to this hotel because it's just top-notch. It's adults-only and has a spa, salon, gym, restaurants, room service, and more - all included! You might need to pay a little extra for certain things at the spa, but trust me, it's worth it. It's super convenient to the airport and right by the beach with waitstaff always ready to bring you drinks. The rooms are spacious, the food and drinks are amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They cook your meals just the way you like and make sure you have everything you need. This place is so relaxing and enjoyable, we're already looking forward to our next trip back!

    Coffee makers and coffee pods for Christmas gifts

    I bought three coffee makers and some coffee pods online for Christmas presents, but I only got two coffee makers delivered. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix the problem, but all they keep telling me is they'll get a manager to call me back. It's been more than a month since I ordered in November, and now it's January 11th with no solution in sight. This is not okay - they should be handling this way better.

    They sent me the wrong item from my registry twice. I reached out to customer service for the third time, and they assured me they would send the correct one. But then they disappeared and ignored my emails asking about the right item. Their customer service is terrible, so disappointing. We're removing our registry from their site and looking for somewhere else to register. I'm telling all my friends who are getting married to steer clear of them.
