    My experience buying the Bruiser 2.0 boots from your store was quite a struggle. It was tough trying to find Caterpillar boots my wife would like that could be sent to NZ, but then we found your store. The only problem was you don't ship to NZ, so we had to make a You Shop account, which cost a lot. We ordered the Unisex size 4 W, but got size 4 M instead. They still fit, but we were disappointed they weren't the wide size we wanted. Returning them was too expensive, so we just kept them. Overall, the whole process wasn't as smooth as we had wanted.

    Returning the four units I bought together was a total headache. I tried reaching out to customer service by email to ask for a return and get instructions and labels. But man, it was a mess. They took forever to get back to me and their responses were all over the place. I had to send a bunch of emails and make a bunch of phone calls just to get things moving with the return. It was a real letdown how bad they were at communicating and getting things done, especially since they said I could get a full refund within 30 days. I had to get my credit card company involved to get the return instructions and labels, and even then it took more emails to make sure my card got refunded. This whole thing made me doubt their customer service and how they handle things. I think they were super unprofessional and all over the place with this return, and it really changed how I see the company.

    The flowers I got were really disappointing. They came nicely wrapped and right on time, but they were not at all like the beautiful red bouquet in the picture.     This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered the wrong ink cartridges by mistake and tried to cancel right away, but they completely ignored my attempts. When the order was finally shipped, they suddenly acknowledged my cancellation requests and blamed it on system maintenance problems. I returned the order weeks ago and was told I'd get a refund in 15 days, but now they're saying they can't find my return and it's sitting in their warehouse waiting to be processed.
