Late and missing Christmas gifts
I ordered two jackets online expecting them to arrive before Christmas, but it's been over a month now and they still haven't shown up. I've sent several messages, but I haven't gotten any clear answers or an idea of when they will be delivered. It's really frustrating and unfair to be kept in the dark about my order after being told it would arrive before Christmas.

Oh man, I was so disappointed! I ordered some chocolates for my sick relative in Kerry to cheer them up during a rough patch. But guess what? The chocolates never showed up, and I didn't get any explanation at all. I was left feeling frustrated and let down because of the lack of communication and poor service. Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.

I just bought some belly button and septum jewelry from this online store, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. I've been using the refill tablets for cleaning for a few years now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with them. Wetsuit with broken zipper after 6 months
I can't believe it, eh? This company sold me a wetsuit for 400 bucks and the zipper broke after only 2 months, then the whole suit ripped apart after 6 months. No way! When I contacted customer service, they said there was no warranty because I apparently "misused" it. Are you kidding me? I've been surfing for years and never had this issue before with any other wetsuit. This is just bad quality and lousy customer service.

First-time flight, flight Doha to Auckland
My first time flying with this airline was amazing! I was traveling with my mom who was injured and couldn't move, but the cabin crew was so helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with everything - from moving my mom to the bathroom, to changing her, and giving her continuous care during the flight. I want to give a special shoutout to Jewelyn, Shahrzad, and Jasmine for their exceptional service and care. I'll definitely be choosing this airline again for my next trip.

Troublesome software issues
Support is pretty quick to reply, but the software problems just won't go away no matter how many times we try to fix them. The licensed version keeps switching back to trial mode, so we can't use it until Paragon fixes it on their end. We've been dealing with these issues for over a year now, going back and forth with tech support, and we're still stuck. It's been super frustrating, to say the least.

Honeymoon disaster
My honeymoon was a total disaster, eh. We thought we were making a good choice by picking a fancy schmancy spot, but boy were we wrong. The grub at the hotel was just gross - most folks were complaining about it. Can you believe a place that claims to be 5-star would serve such awful chow? We were just ticking off the days until we could ditch that joint and tuck into a good meal back home. For the whole week, it was pretty much just bread and cabbage for us. And to top it off, there was hardly any water, and they never changed the dang bed sheets or towels. After that escapade, we swore we'd never go back there. Save yourself the trouble, and steer clear!

Hiking shoes
I bought a pair of hiking shoes from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by the quality. They started falling apart after only a few uses, which is not cool for shoes that should be tough and dependable for hiking. Plus, they didn't fit right and were really uncomfortable to wear for long stretches. All in all, I wouldn't suggest these shoes to anyone looking for durable and comfy footwear for outdoor adventures.
