Weight loss and maintenance program
The program at ISSA really opened my eyes. It helped me see just how crucial a good diet is for managing weight. I found out that lots of folks have a tough time with their diets, which can leave them feeling drained and unmotivated. But by just making some small tweaks to what we eat, we can boost our energy and get motivated to be more active. ISSA's program taught me in a really fun and interesting way that I hadn't experienced before. I'm so thankful for all the knowledge and support I got from ISSA.
