Black jeans, long-sleeve shirt
Oh my goodness, I went to this store and found the coolest black jeans and a super comfy long-sleeve shirt. The jeans fit me just right and the shirt is incredibly soft, I never want to take it off! I also love that they're all about sustainability and stuff. Can you believe they even offer free repairs for your clothes? So awesome, right? The store had a really relaxed vibe, and the staff were so nice and helpful. I'm definitely going back for more clothes!

X-Large outfit
I bought this outfit from the store recently, and honestly, I wasn't happy with it at all. The material was too thick for me, and on top of that, I got a bottom in X-Large and a top in Medium - they didn't match at all. Because of that, I couldn't even wear it and was really disappointed.

I went to the store and bought some black shirts. The lady who helped me was really unfriendly. She just tossed my clothes on the table and changed the bag size all grumpy-like. Her name is Nila, by the way. Why be mean? Just be friendly.

Wedding shoes in wrong color and size
Ordered these wedding shoes but got them in the wrong colour and size. Had to send them back and place a whole new order. What a waste of time and so frustrating!

Camera order
I bought a camera from this store, and let me tell you, I am really disappointed with how things went down. The website said they had the camera in stock, so obviously, I went ahead and ordered it. But then, I got in touch with customer service right after placing my order, and they hit me with the news that the camera wasn't actually available. They said they were waiting on the manufacturer because of some delays. It's frustrating to see the website change to "out of stock - order now for earliest delivery" only after I had already bought it. It's been weeks now, and I'm still waiting for the camera to show up.
