Tank game purchase
I gotta say, the tank game I bought from this company was totally not worth it. The graphics were meh, the gameplay was so repetitive, and the whole thing just didn't do it for me. I was hoping for more thrills and challenges in a game all about tank battles, but I ended up feeling bored and let down. Plus, the controls were super clunky and hard to get the hang of, which just made me even more frustrated. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this game to any other tank fans out there who are looking for a fun gaming time.

Expensive filters
The filters for this product are pretty pricey and can get all moldy inside, then start blowing moldy air into the room. The customer service didn't really seem too concerned about it, which was a bummer. I was told it was my own fault for not swapping out the filter every 6 months, but I think they should warn you about that when you buy it. In the end, having to buy new filters every year and paying for the electricity to run it all adds up to a pretty penny.

I picked up this silicone ring and it's really awesome! It's super comfy, stretchy, and perfect for wearing during sports or bike rides. I really like that they have it in so many cool colors. Even my mom got one and she says it's perfect for when she's gardening since she doesn't have to stress about scratching it. Plus, I heard that they donate some of their profits to help others, which is just amazing!

Training shoes purchase
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I purchased two pairs of training shoes, returned them both in their original packaging, and only received a refund for one pair. I couldn't get in touch with them other than through a pointless live chat that just redirected me and emails that were never answered. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to finally get this sorted out, and it took a massive 2 months after sending back the shoes. It's obvious they have no regard for their customers. Be cautious when shopping online with them.

I gotta give a shoutout to the team for their awesome customer service. They were really quick and helpful in their emails, letting me know about any problems with my package. Even with the time zone difference, they always got back to me on time, which made it easier for me to fix address issues and make sure my item was delivered to the right place.

I really wanted this one dress, but they didn't have it in stock and didn't know when they would get more. The customer service was really good though. They got back to me quickly even though the dress was no longer being made. It would be nice if there was a Canadian website instead of just being able to change the currency.

Even after trying my best, I still couldn't get it right. I asked about returning it and they made the whole process easy and hassle-free.
