Booked hotel through travel website
Customer service was terrible, eh! I booked a hotel and asked to cancel without a penalty. They said it was all good, then turn around and charged me the full amount. They blamed the hotel, saying it wasn't their fault. Now I'm stuck paying for two hotels on the same trip, eh. Definitely won't be using them again!

I've bought stuff from this site a few times now, and every time has been really great. One thing I really like about it is that I can order from stores that don't usually ship to where I live, and still get my stuff super quick with Garmentory. Faulty software installation
I can't get Native Access 2 to open on my computer that's running Windows 10. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but it still won't let me load Maschine 2 software correctly, so I can't use my Maschine Mrk3. It's so frustrating to have equipment that's basically useless because of software problems. This German engineering fail has been a major headache - steer clear of this company and its products.

Monthly subscription cancellation
I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you had cancelling your monthly subscription. I totally get how frustrating it can be to deal with surprise fees and hidden terms. The customer service at this store was just awful. I felt really disrespected by one of the employees, who was not only unprofessional but also showed some really negative views towards transgender people. The manager I talked to wasn't any better, adding to the bad vibes. It's not right for a store to treat customers this way. On the bright side, the second manager I spoke to was a little nicer, but the service overall was still pretty bad.
