I've noticed that the customer service here lately hasn't been great. Whenever there's a problem with stock or an issue with my order, the staff always seem to struggle to help me out. It's frustrating and leaves me not too happy with how things have been going. Also, I wanted to mention the recent commercial that's been causing some controversy. Personally, I think it's meant to be funny and shouldn't be taken so seriously. No need for all the fuss, if you ask me.

Overly Thick Chocolate Hollow Egg
The chocolate hollow egg I bought was really pretty, with a smooth texture and bits of shortcake in it. But man, that chocolate was thick! I had to grab a hammer to get through it. And to top it off, it wasn't even egg-shaped like it was supposed to be. Overall, it was tasty but not very practical. Pretty disappointing experience.

Plus, I tried to use their chat link, but it wasn't even working. All this radio silence and not being able to track my order has left me feeling pretty let down with the whole situation.

Yeah, I used those study materials for my exam and they turned out to be really good. The class was so much fun, even though it went on for quite a while. TyShaun Wynter, my teacher, made sure we were all engaged and picking up a ton of new stuff. The extra assignments they handed out were actually really useful, and I plan on using them for my other courses as well. Despite being in a group setting, the teacher still offered me help whenever I needed it. It was such a great learning experience!

I am really upset about how this company is not getting back to me. I've been trying to reach them for days now, but I still haven't gotten a confirmation code or even an email saying they got my booking. I've sent two emails already and haven't heard anything back. They've already charged my card, which is not okay without any confirmation or communication. If they don't get back to me soon, I'll have to dispute the charge and go somewhere else for my business.
