Man, those pants I want are never in stock! I've been trying to get them for ages and they're always sold out. It's so frustrating! I just want some cool pants to wear but nope, it's always a no-go. Come on, Orvis, why you gotta play me like that? Stock up on those pants already!

I absolutely adore shopping at this store for their fantastic selection of clothing that is perfect for petites! The quality of their clothing is amazing, some pieces are even thicker than I expected, which makes them last longer than typical fast fashion items. I always make sure to air dry their clothes to keep them in top shape. One little tip I have is to really pay attention to the sizing for each piece, as it can vary. Returns through the mail can be a bit of a hassle, so getting the right size on the first try is key. It would be incredible if they opened a store in California, it would make shopping so much more convenient for us West Coast folks.

2 factor authentication issue resolved
I recently had a problem with my 2 factor authentication because I couldn't access my authentication app anymore. I contacted customer service for help, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the service was. The support person, who I later learned was named Darsini M, was really helpful and got things done quickly. They walked me through the steps, asked for the info they needed, and fixed my issue right away. I was impressed by how professional and nice they were during our conversation. I'm thankful for their help and want to say a big thank you to Darsini for the great support.

Just texts for verification
I like that I can get texts to verify things, but it's annoying that I gotta pay more just to send them. And when I call the US, sometimes they can't even hear me, like seriously? On top of that, they charge you $19.99 just to hang up!
