So, I bought this key chain recently from the shop, thinking it would be awesome like the country rings necklaces I got before. But man, was I let down. It wasn't like they showed in the pics at all - no gift box, just a plain linen bag. I mean, the bag was nice and all, but who gifts in a linen bag? And for the price I paid, it really wasn't worth it. Plus, the key chain itself was nothing special without the country rings, which were missing. If they're gonna show gift boxes in the pics, they should include them when you buy. Overall, big disappointment.

The water filter is actually pretty good. It does its job well, filtering the water effectively. But the customer service is just terrible. I had orders missing for a whole month, marked as unfulfilled. And when I asked for a refund, they said no, claiming the products were already packed. And to top it off, they canceled my subscription without asking, instead of fixing the problem with the seriously delayed package.

I went to the store on Cambie to get my headlight replaced. At first, the staff was nice and booked me in for the next day. But when I got there, it was a mess. They were unorganized and gave me wrong info, so I ended up waiting 4 hours for a simple bulb change, which is way too long. They were rude and unprofessional, which made it even worse. I wouldn't suggest going there unless you have hours to spare and don't mind being treated poorly.

E-bike malfunction
I recently had some trouble with my e-bike losing power while going up hills. I contacted customer service for help, but the response I got was not what I expected. The person I spoke to said that none of their bikes were actually built to handle uphill climbs, which I found pretty surprising. They asked me to send a video so they could figure out what was wrong, and after watching it, they said my bike was not being properly maintained and had some rust. As a new e-bike owner, I was disappointed with the service I received.
