Shoes with incorrect color
I bought shoes not too long ago, but I was bummed out because I got the wrong color. I reached out to customer service a couple of times, and they said they'd email me a return label, but it never came. I felt annoyed and disappointed with how they just left me hanging like that.

Gut health subscription
I had a really great experience with the subscription service. The email newsletters were really helpful and seemed like they were made just for me. The packages all arrived right on schedule and in really good condition. Even though the product didn't change my life completely, I liked the idea of having some extra help with my gut health. The seasonal formulas were a nice touch too. If you're having any gut issues, I would totally suggest giving this service a try.

Gorgeous handmade shoes
I picked up these super cute handmade shoes from this awesome store and I gotta say, they're soooooo nice! The colours are absolutely stunning and the design is just amazing. I felt like a total fashion queen strutting around in them, and all my friends couldn't stop complimenting me. The quality is top-notch and you can really tell that a lot of effort and care went into making these shoes. Even the packaging was fancy, made me feel like a true VIP. Definitely worth every penny!

Two coats
I bought two coats from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed with how everything went down. I left a not-so-great review about my experience and the company actually replied asking for more info, even though I had already given it on their website. I didn't hesitate to give them the extra details they wanted, but they told me I'd get a refund by March 16th. Well, it's now April 8th and I haven't seen a penny. I thought paying with PayPal would make things quicker, but apparently not. Despite reaching out to them twice after their first response, I'm worried I might never get my money back.

Bought a weight loss program
The app is pretty good, eh? It helps me keep track of my food and weight easily. But ya know what would make it even better? If I could log my exercise right in the app, instead of having to use another one. Oh, and it would be awesome if there was a "Food Lookup" feature so I don't have to pretend to log foods just to check their values. But hey, I've actually lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks using it, so I guess it's working for me!

As a pro photographer, eh, I depend a lot on my gear to snap top-notch pics for my clients. Peak Design is my fave brand for all my camera bags, cubes, and extras. Their stuff is top-notch and I dig that everything comes with a lifetime warranty. I've got more bags and extras from Peak Design than I can keep track of, and I keep picking them for their toughness and usefulness. Recent purchase - tracking information delay
I just bought a watch online and had to wait a bit for the tracking info. It was kind of annoying at first, but I called the customer service number they had on the website and talked to a person. They told me there was a technical problem causing the delay, but they sent me the tracking info right away by email. Even though I haven't gotten my package yet, I'm more excited for it to arrive now.

Recent guitar purchase
I recently got myself a brand new acoustic guitar and I couldn't be happier with how it sounds and feels. The tone is just so rich and full, and I can already tell it's only going to get better as time goes on. I haven't run into any issues with it yet, and I have a good feeling it's going to stick with me for many years to come. While I usually prefer Ernie Ball strings, I have to say the ones that came with this guitar are holding up pretty darn well. The design is just so classic and timeless, no unnecessary fancy stuff or online updates, and that's exactly what I was after. Besides this acoustic guitar, I've also got some strats and amps from the same brand, and I'm hoping they'll hang around just as long as I will. I might have to do some rewiring or replace a few parts down the line, but I'm more than willing to put in the effort to keep these babies in top shape.
