Inkjet printer
I've been using this inkjet printer for a long time, and I have to say it's been great. The prints always come out looking sharp with vivid colours. Setting it up was easy, and it's been super reliable for all my printing jobs. The ink tank system is a lifesaver - I can keep an eye on the ink levels and top up when I need to without any hassle. Definitely the best customer service I've ever had. So my order didn't ship at first, and after a couple of weeks, I reached out to customer service. They quickly refunded me and shipped my order with no charge. The communication was great, and their unexpected generosity totally made my week!

My time at this place was a letdown, to be honest. The service was not great, with the workers being unhelpful and not very accommodating. The clothes weren't up to par either, and I wish I had looked into it more before buying. It was annoying to find out that they didn't do returns or refunds, even for full-price items. The way their rules changed was frustrating, and now I'm not sure if I want to shop here again.

Running shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this shop and it was a great experience. When I walked in, a staff member named Tracy came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her what kind of shoe I wanted and she brought out exactly what I was looking for. Tracy took the time to have me sit down and let me try on the shoe in different sizes until we found the perfect fit. Her help was outstanding and made my shopping trip enjoyable. This all went down at the shop in Lawrenceville and I have to say, Tracy deserves a perfect 10 for her customer service. I'll definitely be back at this shop for more purchases in the future.
