I bought a plane ticket with free cancellation, but turns out the free cancellation only counted for the first flight. Such a scam! Lost $2,000 all because of their wrong info. Definitely not flying with them anymore.

Order shipped to incorrect address
I just made a big order from you guys, spending over $300. But, when I tracked it, I saw it was going to the wrong address. I know for sure I changed it when I checked out, but it didn't stick. I was worried and annoyed, so I called customer service, expecting a headache. But, the person I talked to was amazing. I told them what happened, and right away they said they'd send a new order to the right address with overnight delivery. They were quick and got it right, plus there were no automated machines, so I only waited for less than two minutes. This level of help really saved my butt, and I'm so thankful for the fast and easy fix.

high-quality scrapbooking materials
The stuff I got from here was really good quality and just what I needed. The delivery came when they said it would, and the packing was top-notch. I liked the little "Hand Packed With Care" note that came with my order - it made me feel like they really care about their customers.
