Waterproof watch with broken band
I bought this watch back in April, eh? But by the time May rolled around, there was water inside the glass and a screw had fallen out of the band in June, can you believe it? I've sent two emails already, but no one has gotten back to me yet!

Unimpressed with the quality
I bought a top from this store not too long ago and man, was I let down by the quality. I was super careful with it, but a button went and broke on me after just a couple wears. I reached out to customer service to get a new button, but they were no help at all, just gave me some generic replies. I was so annoyed and felt like I just wasted my cash on something that wasn't made well at all. Definitely not suggesting this store if you want good stuff. Save your dough and go somewhere else.

Haircut and blonde color refresh
Ciera L did a fantastic job on my hair! She gave me a really good haircut and made my blonde colour look so fresh and perfect. The cut was seamless and beautiful, and I'm just thrilled with how it turned out. Ciera is super talented and such a nice person, she made the whole experience so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Refund process
I just had to send back something I wasn't happy with, but the refund process was actually really smooth. Even though I saw a few complaints online about people having trouble getting their money back, I just did what the company told me to do and everything went perfectly. I emailed them the return label on a Friday and by Monday, I had my refund in my account. It was super fast and easy, which was awesome.

Web order for next day delivery
I ordered something from the website last week and paid extra for next day delivery. But guess what? It never showed up. I called on Thursday to ask where my package was and they said it would come on Saturday. Surprise, surprise - it didn't. So I called a bunch of times today and they promised to call me back, but surprise again - they never did. Turns out the thing I ordered is out of stock, so now I gotta wait even longer for my refund. This company's service is a joke - I'm so let down.

Foundation, mascara, blush
I'm kinda torn about the stuff I bought recently. Didn't really like the foundation or mascara, but I'm totally in love with the blush. The foundation didn't work well with my skin and the mascara took forever to dry, making it smear on my face all day. On top of that, the packaging for these products was really cheap, all of them broke within a few weeks. I should've done more digging and checked out reviews before splurging on these. But the blush is awesome, gives me a nice natural flush on my cheeks.

Don't bother with that psychic reading service, eh. I shelled out for a chat, but all they did was type away without saying anything worthwhile. I asked a straightforward question and didn't get a straight answer or even a little hint. The psychic just ended things with a super vague statement when our time was up. What a waste of money, eh! Total rip-off, that's for sure.

I tried calling the phone number but it's not working, attempted to chat but no one responded, and my emails were ignored! Finally, when they did reply, it was just a dull generic answer. If you've been scammed like me and used PayPal, be sure to dispute the charge right away. They sent me 2 emails - one with the order number and one saying they can't issue a refund because it was already shipped. So sketchy! I checked the reviews and they're all accurate. Avoid that place at all costs! I can't even leave a review on their site, so frustrating. Stick with Amazon, even if it costs more, at least you have protection.

I just bought this new electronic toothbrush with a fancy timer to step up my teeth cleaning game. The timer makes sure I brush for the right amount of time - two minutes total, with quick breaks for every part of my mouth.
