Software for design and engineering
I just bought some design and engineering software from this company, and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. The interface was so awkward and hard to figure out, it was just a pain to use. And on top of that, the program kept crashing, making me lose all my important work. I tried getting some help from customer service, but they were totally useless and didn't even respond. To sum it up, my time dealing with this company was a total nightmare.
