Pillowcase and PJs
I was really impressed with the stuff I got from this brand. The pillowcase is super soft and feels great on my skin, and the PJs are really comfy. I like how well-made everything is, especially the stitching. But I wish there were more colors to choose from for the PJs and more variety in the clothes they offer. Hopefully they'll have more options in the future to cater to different tastes and styles.

Returned trousers
I had a really frustrating time with the customer service at this store, eh. I brought back a pair of pants three weeks ago, and even though UPS said they got them back at the warehouse two weeks ago, I still haven't got my money back. It's not cool that they're not keeping me in the loop and taking so long to give me my refund, especially with Christmas coming up, eh. I've been reaching out to them a bunch of times, but I still haven't gotten a good answer.

Flight experience to Thailand at Christmas
I gotta tell you about this airline I flew with for my solo trip to Thailand over Christmas. So, the flight centre suggested them and I thought, hey, they must know what they're talking about, right? But man, the online check-in was a disaster! It said I needed a visa when I didn't, and I almost lost it. I had to make countless phone calls just to get through check-in at Heathrow and Abu Dhabi.
The whole thing was a mess, let me tell you. It totally ruined the end of my holiday. And get this - on the way back, they put me on standby without even telling me why or if I'd get a seat! The lack of communication and all these booking mistakes just added to my stress.
To top it off, it took them four months to respond to my email - and it was just a generic apology! That's just terrible customer service. I'll never forget this awful experience.Review about: Unbound Merino

I recently bought a bunch of eBooks from this website and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the selection they have. The chat feature for customer questions has been super useful, they always get back to me within a day. But the only thing that bugs me a bit is that they don't let you return a book if you don't like it, and that can be kind of annoying. So now I tend to buy cheaper books just in case I don't end up liking them.

The toothbrush works fine when it's actually working, but the problem is the terrible customer service. I've been waiting for over 6 weeks for a warranty claim, and all I get are excuses about a missing part. Compared to my husband's Philips toothbrush, the customer service here is a total joke. I wouldn't suggest this product just because of the terrible support when things don't go as planned.
