2. Hey there! Just wanted to share my recent experience with my new N-2B Parka. Let me tell you, I am beyond happy with it. This jacket is top-notch quality and it has been keeping me cozy during these freezing Canadian winters. When I placed my order, the customer service was amazing. Susan actually reached out to me to double-check my shipping details and even helped me out with a few questions I had about the product. It was a nice personal touch that I really appreciated. And get this, my jacket arrived super quickly, in less than 2 weeks. Sure, I had to pay some customs fees since it came from outside Canada, but let me tell you, it was totally worth it for such a fantastic jacket. I highly recommend the N-2B Parka to anyone looking for a sturdy and warm winter coat.
