    This company is a total joke. I got their GPS thingamajig and surprise, surprise, it hardly ever works. We gave it a whirl a few times and it let us down every time. And don't get me started on their customer service - what a disaster! After I quit the subscription, they still had the nerve to charge my credit card not once, but twice, without even giving me a heads up. Didn't even bother sending a receipt or any sort of heads up. And when I got in touch with customer service, they took forever to get back to me, straight up lied, and tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong. It wasn't until I threatened to report them for fraud that they finally gave me my dough back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. There are way better options out there in the market.

    I just had to return something to this company, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The whole return process was way more complicated and expensive than what I've dealt with at other stores. I got hit with a $5.99 charge for the return, and it took almost 2 weeks for the refund to finally show up in my account. Meanwhile, places like Amazon give you free returns and refund your money within hours of getting the item back. Plus, having to go all the way to the post office to send it back, instead of using those convenient drop-off spots other stores offer, was just a hassle.

    I bought a birthday gift for my parent not too long ago, but got a bit bummed out when the package was shown as delivered but never actually made it to me.     I bought some software from this company not long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn impressed. The software is super easy to use and does everything I need it to do without any extra hassle. Although I did run into a tiny problem with one of the programs, MusicStudio 8. But when I asked for some help online, their support team got back to me in no time with some really useful suggestions. They fixed the issue quickly, and I was able to get back to using the software with no more issues.

    I had a really disappointing experience at the Swarovski store in the mall of Africa. The staff there were so unprofessional and condescending, especially when I was asking about their products. I couldn't believe it when they actually suggested I should go buy what I wanted from a different store. And to top it off, the supposed manager there was no help at all and didn't seem to know anything about what they were selling. It was just so shocking to see Swarovski's own employees talking down about the brand and its products. They didn't even know basic things like evaluation certificates and prices, which is just not okay. Overall, it was a really shocking and upsetting experience that made me feel like the staff there just didn't care about the brand or its values.

    Makeup Remover Cloths

    These makeup remover cloths work really well at getting rid of all types of makeup. The cute designs and pretty colors on them make the whole thing look really nice. I've noticed that they work even better if I use them with a liquid or cream makeup remover, especially for taking off eye makeup. One of the things I love about these cloths is that they don't seem to get stained if I wash them before using them, and they look like new again after washing (I suggest using a lingerie bag and some fabric softener in the sanitize cycle for a really soft finish). I'm truly impressed with how good these cloths are and how well they work, and I really hope the brand keeps making them.

    Canada Day hat purchase

    So, I bought this Canada Day hat from this company because they had this deal where you could get a free hat with your order. Well, when I got my package, there was no free hat in there. Turns out, the fine print said the deal was only for the first 100 orders of the day. Pretty sneaky, if you ask me. I saw the ad on Instagram and snagged the hat right away, but no hat for me.

    When I contacted customer service about it, this guy Tristan was no help at all. One reply and he was already getting rude. I've spent a lot of money with this company in the past, so it's really not cool for them to pull a stunt like this and not make it right. Just not right.
