    Genetic testing subscription

    I thought the genetic testing was pretty cool and I learned a lot from all the info it gave me. But I had a problem with the subscription service. At first, I signed up for a year at $29.99, but then it renewed at $69.99 without me knowing about the price change. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, the customer service was not nice and didn't help me much. In the end, I wouldn't suggest the subscription service because it ended up being a waste of money and didn't really tell me anything useful about my genetics.

    Sweater purchase

    I purchased a sweater at Saks Fifth Avenue but it didn't fit me, so I returned it and got a confirmation email on February 9th. The email said I'd get my refund in "up to 7 business days," but when I checked on February 26th, they said I had to wait until March 1st. The customer service rep (Carlos) was not helpful and said I had to wait 14 days, even though the email clearly said 7 days. This mishandling of the situation by the customer service team is not okay and has left me frustrated with Saks Fifth Avenue. It's disappointing to see this disregard for customer concerns and dissatisfaction with their policies. I won't shop there again and I'd warn others about their customer service practices.
