Order of masks
I ordered some masks online not too long ago, but it hasn't been a great experience so far. It's been almost two weeks and my order still hasn't been sent out. I already paid for the masks, but I haven't heard anything from the company about when they'll be shipped. I tried emailing them, but got no response. Because of this lack of communication, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

These sneakers are awesome, eh? I love the streamlined look and they make me feel like a sporty superstar. The white color goes with all my clothes and the big cat logo gives them a cool vibe. Plus, they're super comfy, great for hanging out with my buddies and running around.

Oh my gosh, so I was totally using this card, you know? And then they just changed the rules all of a sudden! It was so unfair and I was super mad. Why would they do that to us customers, eh? I definitely won't be using them again after this, that's for sure.

At first, I wasn't sure about using fake stone panels for my basement reno, but I thought, why not give it a try? I ended up being really impressed with how authentic and strong they are. Putting them up was simple, and the final look went above and beyond what I had hoped for. These panels totally revamped my dull basement into a cool and comfy spot that my family loves hanging out in. I'd definitely suggest these panels to anyone wanting to spruce up their home on a budget.

Tees and shirts
I came across this brand when I saw them featured on a popular TV show. Even though they didn't strike a deal, I was interested in their cool retro style. I've bought a bunch of their tees and shirts since then and I'm really happy with the quality and design. The tees are especially awesome, fitting great and feeling good. The only downside is the annoying tag at the back of the tees. But all in all, I'm really happy with how the stuff I got looks and feels.

Wildlife camera
I bought a wildlife camera not too long ago and it broke down after only 15 months. I tried contacting customer service but didn't get much help. Their service was pretty awful and they took forever to respond. They only gave me a lousy 10% discount on my next purchase as a sorry. That wasn't good enough for me, so I decided to just get rid of the camera.

Luggage bag
I just bought a new luggage bag from this store and I gotta say, the quality overall is pretty good. But man, let me tell ya, I'm not impressed with the wheels. The bag itself is well put together, but those wheels are just not up to par. They're basically just two layers of plastic, kinda like an old bike wheel with a tube inside. The outer layer of the wheels keeps crapping out on me, which makes moving the bag around a pain. The inner wheels are a bit better, but they're noisy and make it harder to push the bag. It's a real shame because the rest of the bag is solid.

The online customer service at this place is absolutely amazing, eh! I had a little mishap with my delivery, but the customer support team was right on it and sent out a replacement package right away. Multiple Fender guitars and amplifiers
I've bought a bunch of guitars and amps from Fender, and sometimes the quality hasn't been consistent. But the customer service has always been fantastic. I take good care of my instruments, but I've had some trouble with the guitars that were made in Indonesia. Fender was quick to help out and even extended my warranty without me knowing. Overall, despite the problems, the customer service really stood out and made a big difference when buying guitars and amps online.

The digital notepad I bought from this company really changed the game for me. Two items
I just bought two things online and it's been pretty good. The prices were fair and my order went smoothly. Shipping took about a week for both things, which was fine with me. The only thing that bugged me a bit was that the packages looked kinda dirty on the outside when they arrived. Luckily, the stuff inside was okay, but I'll keep it in mind for next time.
